I got my windows tinted here. I was really unsure about the process, and Brendan walked me through it over the phone and in person very patiently. They even shuttled me back home after dropping off the car. Really easy going group of guys. Professional and experts in what they do. Really glad I got it done with them!

Great service at Prime auto glass. Brendan came right to me in the same day and fixed my windshield in about 10 minutes. It was so quick, easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend using them. Brendan will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy.

The owner/operator himself came out and installed my windshield in like 30 minutes, the price was great, the service was great, and the warranty on his work he offers is top notch. If you need glass replaced this is the guy!

Prime Auto Glass & Tint
After contacting a few windshield replacement companies in Ottawa, Prime Auto Glass & Tint had the best price. They also came to my location to change the glass and did it cleanly, and quickly. Customer service was great as Brendan replies quickly to any questions and concerns. I cannot find anything bad to say about my experience with them.

This place is great!! Had my rear window smashed in a break and enter. Called Prime before they opened and Brendan picked up. He walked me through everything and gave me the quote. He did not have my make of truck model in stock so he went out of his way to find it at another location and then installed it at his shop. He then cleaned all glass and pressured wash my truck before getting back on the road. Very grateful to have a solid business to help out to fix the glass when needed.Thank you so much!! 5 stars all day long.

These guys did an amazing job on with my car's tint. They made sure to explain everything before and after the job was done. A plus, was that I hot a call later that day to make sure everything went well. Great attitude, workmanship, fast service and customer care.

I called called a few companies early in the morning after my rear window broke and we needed our window replaced ASAP and Brendan Prime was the only one to pick up. He’s the company owner and local so i liked not having to work with a middle man like most franchise arrangements . He said he would call me back in 5 min and did letting me know my window was ordered and will be there shortly. He arrived within 24 hours on time for an install ant my home and installed (and cleaned up the old glass) without hassle. Great service!

After my brother contacted several places for my Mercedes-Benz windshield to replace, he call Prime auto glass and tint and told me ; call Brendan because his conversation over the phone sounds he had knowledge of his job.
