One of our cell phones stopped working right after Christmas. We therefore anticipated a long wait in our efforts to replace it however we were served quite quickly. Mathieu was very patient and helpful throughout the process. As well, since he was knowledgeable in relation to both equipment and cell phone plans, he was able to recommend a new plan that offered us more and better value overall. We were very satisfied with the services provided by Mathieu/Wireless Wave Cornwall.
