Bought an s38 for our home which is supplied by a well much better results than from a softener. As a bonus the water tastes great we no longer need to deoxidize it either very very happy. I don't have to lift salt bags It was very easy to install

Most of us have had the experience of ordering a product on line and wondering if the vendor will be there to back you up if there are problems. With Hydroflow Canada the answer is resounding yes!I purchased a S38 for our all season vacation property as a way to trial run the product before having an HS40 installed in our country home. I did this because we have a relatively complicated geothermal heating and cooling system. The vacation property unit worked beautifully without any additional intervention. We then moved forward with the HS40, which while it worked required fine tuning to perform adequately. The Hydroflow people were there to offer advice and additional product support. We are very satisfied and glad to done with all of the issues of salt softeners.

Had a traditional water softener for years and hated the fact of bringing bags of salt downstairs. Found this device but was very very sceptical… So I went to HydroFlow in Burlington and went straight to the horses mouth for answers! Long story short, the device DOES work; dishes are cleaner, shower is cleaner, laundry is better and I even notice it breaks down the old calcium inside the pipes. Once in awhile you see very tiny pieces of white calcium come out.

Bought a S38 for our British Columbia cabin that is on a well. As long as you have electrical nearby, it's a 5 minute install. Within two weeks we were noticing a difference in the hardness of the water, especially when showering.
