So poor service. Called to go to the Airport, but driver did not show up...really screwed. Soooooooo Baaaaaddddddd...cant expext a worse service than this.

They didn't introduce themselves when they answered the phone, I had to ask if I was calling the right place. Then they said they'd be nearly half an hour, then when I told them we had a folding wheelchair they outright refused to take us.

This is probably the WORSE SERVICE I have possibly ever used. I booked online for a flat rate taxi to the airport for five people plus luggage. Called the night before to change time and double check the type of vehicle. The vehicle arrived late, the wrong type of vehicle barely enough room for us to fit, but since they were late had no time to call a new ride. When we get to the airport, turns out the meter was running. When I emailed them later to ask for a refund for this terrible service. They argued with me, refused to answer my emails after the first call and just generally being difficult. Hands down some of the worse service I have ever used. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.

Great service with a clean car and if in a rush always drives you to your destination quickly and safely. Helped out a lot and definitely recommend it for people who always want a safe ride.
