The “Latinos Market” is a cute and quirky store set up in an old movie theatre in the St. James area of Winnipeg near Polo Park. I came here to buy hominy to make a soup from a recipe book (and I could not find this item anywhere else). It has all sorts of Latin American products that I suppose are hard to find elsewhere. They also just have really unique products such as tamarind-flavoured soda and various other treats. I was pleasantly surprised to find that you can buy corn tortillas here which are tricky to find in Winnipeg. The look of the place has this temporary “let’s see if we make money first before renovating” vibe, which makes a lot of sense, so don’t expect the store to be super well-organized, but you can always ask the staff to help you out if you’re looking for something in particular.

Today is something a little different.I've been asked to make some Mexican dishes for a function. Unfortunately I'm out of a lot of ingredients. Luckily I stumbled across Latinos Market.Wow! Do they have a large selection of central and South American ingredients.Prices are great and the staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.You need to check them out.

Great store, but you need to update your closing times I came today and you were closed before the time on the door.

Lots and lots of Latin foods. Too bad they don’t carry LaCocina corn tortillas (Made in Manitoba) they do carry corn tortillas produced in the USA. They have big packs (30 & 50) of fresh corn tortillas at a really good price…just wish they also carried the Manitoba Made LaCocina as well

It's a good place to find products when I'm nostalgic for my origins comfort food. There is not much consistency in what you will find, the products vary. The service is friendly.

This place is special for all and any latinamerican missing or needing a little piece of his country products, food or ingredients.As you can see in the pictures, the alleys are organized by country almost all with price tag. The prices are not too expensive compared with the city products in general but don't expect your countries prices.It's a perfect option when you need ingredients of spices from abroad.Enjoy it..!

Great store with a huge variety and selection of goods from across Central and Southern America. I was able to find exactly what I need. The hours are convenient and there is lots of parking along Berry.

SCAM COMPANYI ordered products for a Chilean friend as a gift. The order was never shipped and only a week after emailing them about my order status they told me the items were not in stock. I was offered a refund. No refund given. When I followed up again 2 weeks later about the refund, I got an auto reply saying their email address can no long recieved emails from me.DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE ONLINE.
