Nesbitt Property Management
We have been with Nesbitt property management for about a year now as tenants. We have worked with other property management companies in the past and we have been very impressed with this company’s professionalism, responsiveness and integrity. Communication has been excellent, in particular during Covid times, and during the whole process and we have felt supported in every step. We would highly recommend this company to any other prospective tenants looking for a place to rent in Ottawa!

Nesbitt Property Management
For the past 8 years I have rented two different properties from Nesbitt Property Management. Both houses were very well maintained. Yearly safety inspections and maintenance are conducted on the furnace, fire alarms and co2 detectors. Anything requiring maintenance or repairs on the house or property qets quickly taken care of.Communications via e-mail, text or phone are always answered promptly. Highly recommended.

We have been living in our rented apartment for about a year and a half now and have had no issues or concerns so far. Our contact at Nesbitt is prompt with replying to any questions we may have (very little so far!), and the apartment was beautiful and clean when we moved in. So far, great things all around!

We have been tenants for over 1 year now and the experience has been very pleseant. When we first got there, the house has just been thoroughly cleaned so we could move in quickly. Mark is taking care of us, replying quickly to our queries, and letting us know of any maintenance visit and such.For us, that is a 5 stars. We got exactly what we expected from a property manager plus we are dealing with a real human being with a friendly and helpful attitude.

I have nothing but good things to say. If ever there is a problem, Mark is just a phone call away and action is immediately taken. I have been in the same property for over 4 years. They were quick to find me a rental and get the paperwork done the same day so I can move in. Everyone I have dealt with was professional and plesant. I strongly recommend Nesbitt Property Management if you contract them to rent the house or property you own. They will always have your interest as paramount.I strongly and emphatically recommend that you stay away from Nesbitt Property Management if you are a renter. They do not and will not have your interest represented. They only have one stakeholder, the property owner and not the renter.
