A wonderful place to work and access services

I made a report to this agencý out of concern for a child last summer. The person who took my call asked for my name and contact information. I just called the agency a few minutes ago, out of deep concern for a child's safety, who is in their care. It was the most patronizing call. It was meant for me to feel heard, and that was all. The person who took my call, Natalie, wasn't interested in my name and contact information. When I noted to her that I know this isn't how things work, Natalie told me I could leave my name and phone number if I chose to. I told her I'm writing this review, and she's fortunate if I don't edit to paste a link to the recorded conversation, for anyone who reads this to copy and paste to their Facebook search engine for instant access.
