Came here for the lavender picnic at $125 per person. We were told that if the weather was bad on the day of the picnic they would reschedule us. On the day of the picnic the weather was fairly cloudy and it was raining a little.Purple Hill Lavender emailed us an hour before saying that there was only a 40 percent chance of rain and that they were going to chance it. When we showed up for the picnic it was begining to rain more. They were lending umbrellas out to everyone and told us that they were moving all of our tables under trees instead of being in the lavender fields. It rained on and off the entire time, with us sitting on pillows on the ground and holding our umbrellas over ourselves as well as our picnic table to keep our food dry. The charcuterie boxes were good and you get a drink as well but it was not worth the price tag. Purple Hill Lavender should have rescheduled everyone that evening. You are paying to sit in the lavender fields not under a tree by someone's house. We were a group of 7 and collectively paid almost almost $1000 for this experience" of sitting in the rain. There was no offer of refund or reschedule. The lavender fields are quite pretty and would make for great photo opportunities if it's not raining but you can just pay $15 to enter the farm and walk around. Skip the picnic it's a huge waste of money and despite what they say you will be forced to sit in the rain if they decide to go forward with the picnic."

Purple Hill Lavender Farm offers a simple yet charming experience. The beautiful lavender field and peaceful surroundings provide a serene escape. The walking trail and on-site store selling lavender products add value to the reasonably priced visit. A modest but worthwhile destination for nature lovers.

Perfect day trip destination right outside Toronto area. A wonderful location to visit, especially during the pandemic. Staff was very friendly, and they took all the safety measures to ensure visitors safety. They grow different types of lavender at this far; moreover, they have a store in which they sell different products like candles and body scrubs.

Stunning spot for a little adventure! Even though we came there pretty early in the season, there were still lots of plants already blooming. It is safe to come at any point in the summer to see lavender in bloom since they have different varieties.Staff are super friendly and shared some interesting lavender fun facts. They have a cute gift shop and you can also purchase plants to bring home. Oh and lavender lemonade popsicles were yummy too! Really enjoyed overall experience!

Picnic in a lavender field, can you ask for a better setting? The evening picnic is a must. The table setting is very comfortable. The charcuterie box had a great a assortment of meat and cheese and there was plenty of it. The cheese pieces were large, which just meant breaking the pieces a bit - no issue.Just before the picnic it had down poured, so all the tables were nicely set out under the trees. While determining where to sit, we asked if there were other spots not so close to others. Of course the lavender aficionado - Anna - was eager and willing to seat us in the lavender field. It was perfect. Big shout out to the team at the lavender farm, especially Anna, as their attention to detail and comfort made the picnic perfect. The grounds are beautiful, with the picturesque home in the corner, the rows upon rows of lavender, all overlooking the valley.Hope to return again. Loving the lavender oil and plants.

Helpful staff, if not too busy. Check in could be a bit smoother, -1. Toilet waaay far away and only 1, -1. Very beautiful, and fun to wonder about.

Gorgeous little farm! If you want lavender fields without crazy crowds this is the place to be. We went a little late so it wasn’t fully blooming but still amazing experience. The house and the pond add to the scenery just perfectly! Definitely should come back and do a picnic there next year.

Beautiful location remember this is an experience not an attraction. The creemore beer is not available on site no food options available on site prepare to walk on uneven ground. Semi stroller friendly and 30 dollars for 2 adults to experience (abit pricey for a photo opt).
