Friendly staff, cozy place, clean washroom, air service, lower gas prices

The pumps are all broken in some way (electronic system), too small a lot really awkward to navigate. Employee that wasn't helpful in my situation created by the deficiency of the place. Someone got free gas from me that day.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.a 0 is all they deserve.I went to fill the gas tank and there was an issue so I called for help and was ignored.A pre approval was required on my credit card but I needed to pay inside. I told the guy at the desk that I needed to adjust the car and was coming inside to pay to which he Said Ok. When I came inside to pay the guy started saying that he called the cops and I needed to stay to explain why I moved my car before paying. While waiting the guy called me a thief and would tell everyone who got in that I tried running away without paying (which at this point was wrong since I paid already)My total was 5$ because of the issue at the machine. When I explained what happened to the cops they laughed and told me to go on my way since I already paid and got the pre payement on my card. RIDICULOUS.

Went 4 times since new years and the last time was this Sunday January 28th as they never have any regular gas and the staff attempted to promote air miles and supreme gas. This is unethical and I am filing a complaint

If visiting over night you must walk over to the door, & ring the bell for a long time, if you're lucky you'll manage you wake up the attendant so he can turn on the pump!!!

I was just told they were closed and I couldn't buy anything.... the curfew is over and it says 24 hours. The lights were on. The door was unlocked. The gas pumps were even on. I just wanted a pack of cigarettes. Now I have to walk another 15 minutes in -20 to another store that actually honors their set store hours.

Raises the price by 10¢ without warning. The bathroom is inaccessible because someone" looked the keys inside. Make another copy for Christ's sake."

Awefull service. Rude cashier, swears at me when I ask to pay the advertised price. Advertises specials on food/drinks and does not honor them at the cash.

Good luck not getting bit by a spider when fueling here, pumps are covered with webs & spiders, HELLO maybe you should clean the pumps!!! She'll should just close this place, is literally just a huge MESS!!! Definitely below Shells standards BIG-TIME!!!
