I am a property manager in perth ontario. I had used todd for quite some time and did enjoy a curtious professional relationship. Todd was tardy with his bills and when I did receive a bill one of my landlords took issue with the cost. The bill was paid in full and on time however my landlord did not want to continue with his service. I still had other landlords who would continue with the service. Since the issue with the bill I have not been able to contact Todd my calls and texts were not returned. I had a mailbox door that he had in his possession that had not been returned despite many requests. I am disappointed with this service and expected more of an professional approach. .

I locked myself out of my apartment & was stressing a lot but a quick call here & I was in my house in 20 minutes for a cheap price. Thanks for all the help!!! Best lick picking service around.

Todd is extremely responsive and super professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him. And great conversationalist as well while working. So nice to have a professional who puts you at ease and with whom you are confident and comfortable in your house.

While traveling this winter in the US I get the bad news from my house sitter that our lock wouldn’t function. I called Todd and he was over the same day to save the day! Great service, easy to talk to and not expensive.

I am very disappointed in Todd’s performance and have had many issues with warranty repairs and failed systems which have resulted in property damage and theft. I highly recommend anyone else.

Todd was phenomenal. We are on an island in Sharbot Lake, and we got locked out of our bunky when the deadbolt malfunctioned - just before Thanksgiving weekend with guests on the way. He was unable to come out, so he walked us through step by step how to get the European lock open. We had him on speaker phone and were texting photos every step. He was patient, knowledgeable, and so helpful to a couple of people who had never before tried to defeat a deadbolt! Absolutely stellar. We got in, and the door was intact! We would highly recommend him. He really went the extra mile to assist us.
