LinHaw is one of my favorite distributors. For that reason, I have been a customer over 10 years.- when I call, I can talk to a human immediately, every time- when I email, I can trust I get a reply in a few minutes. I count on it. Several times that has made the difference in me getting the deal, because the other contractors couldn't get a quote within the decision window, and the customer was impressed that I could quote immediately- I have full visibility into the stock so I can quote things knowing I can actually deliver them- I can use tech lingo and trust it will be understood because the staff at LH are educated and experienced- Not only are the products I want in stock, but so are the accessories required for proper implementation

The staff and management at Lin Haw are exceptionally customer focused, delivering a consistently positive experience time and time again. We find Lin Haw to be responsive to our needs, gracious when we're demanding, and always willing to go the extra mile.From the Reception staff to the Returns Department, from the Warehouse staff to the Sales Managers, everyone here has been exemplary. It's pretty rare to find a crew this good.Kudos to Lin Haw!

Made a cash purchase and wasn’t informed that they would not accept returns. When trying to return some items I didn’t need, I was treated as though I was the crazy one. Staff member was rude and abrupt. Now stuck with things I don’t need and a bitter taste. Wouldn’t recommend this company for cash purchases.

If you shop around you will probably get a better price but if you want a part now they will have it or get it in for you fast. We buy from them regularly and I am always happy their products & service.

Lin Haw is a wholesaler who carries a lot of communications components and accessories. This a warehouse with a showroom in the front, where you check out some of the items they carry. They are almost never out of stock, and have sell a lot of bulk packs. For instance, they sell Velcro in 600' rolls.It is a not a retail store, so you if you don't know what you need, go to Best Buy instead.

Like most say about Lin Haw.. great place, awesome friendly staff! If you want to waffle on a purchase, best to search it out online before you go bother them about it. These people are a wholesaler to the IT world, if you have questions, go to best buy! I've been shopping here for well over 20 years without a single complaint.. thanks for that Lin Haw!

Have been purchasing products from Lin Haw for over 10 years. Convenient, well stocked, and competitively priced. Vancouver is greatly lacking in IT/AV local distribution hubs like Lin Haw, and they rarely disappoint. Happy customer who will be purchasing through Lin Haw for years to come.

Quick to fill orders. Way more efficient than you would think

If I could leave 0 stars I would. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT ANYTHING DONT COME HERE. Apparently their staff doesn't answer questions about the products they sell. Very disappointed as they were recommended by my contractor. I was visibly upset at the front the store and was completely ignored by the secretary at the front. Terrible!! They don't ever have to worry about me buying or recommending anyone to go there. Good luck being dismissive to the very ppl that are keeping you in business.
