Clean, warm, safe bus terminal with washroom. Lots of parking.

It's fine. There is a public washroom there and a waiting area for the passengers.

One of the reasons why Metro Transit is the most efficient in North America.

It needs to have seats in the terminal the bathroom is not kept up with soap Sanitation bad

There's a surprising lack of benches for such a large terminal. It's sad that the Penhorn terminal has so many more benches.

I Love The Terminal! Its Awesome. My Only Thing Is. They Really Made A Mess With 58 Kinda, 59, 61, 68. So What I Mean About This Is That The Routes Changed Quite A Bit. Instead Of Starting At Bridge Terminal, It Starts Here. So They Got Cut Shorter. But There Are Express! Here's The List.Route 58 Woodlawn – This route will provide service from Portland Hills Terminal to Penhorn Terminal via Woodlawn, 7 days a weekRoute 59 Colby – This route will provide service from Colby Village to Portland Hills Terminal, 7 days a weekRoute 61 North Preston – This route will provide service from North Preston to Portland Hills Terminal, 7 days a week.Route 68 Cherry Brook – This route will provide service from Cherry Brook to Portland Hills Terminal, 7 days a week.

Big free park and ride! Enclosed waiting area is clean, heated, and has vending machines!

Needs more outlets!!! There is 1 place that I can charge my phone and most of the time people are using it. It is a mid terminal, not the best but not bad. Bus drivers that drive the busses around there are so much better than say highfield. The bus drivers around Portland area are really nice and helpful on any questions, drinks and food are extremely overpriced in vending machines. One of the tv’s for the bus times is smashed and I don’t think they’re ever going to replace that. The bus timing on the tv’s are mostly messed up, lots of busses say departing and departed when they aren’t even there in the first place and then they show up and leave right away after.

Easy to find the buses and I didn't wait for too long to catch the bus.
