Very good place for work

Spent thousands for equipment through pratts,disgusting customer service, very unprofessional, unreliable. Equipment got lost,finally got delivered with some items damaged,pratts will not replace it, i would strongly advise going somewhere else.

Worst service I have EVER experienced. Refused to sell because there wasn't 24 hrs notice. Such a rude lady at the front.

The delivery policy is keep changing and you might pay more than you've ordered. Even though you've ordered some items before the policy had changed, you still need to pay more, following the new policy.

Also they deliver from Winnipeg to anywhere in Manitoba thats accessible by road. My auntie owned a gasbar and smoke shop and this is where she always ordered from, truck would come from and deliver every couple of months and they unload it for you right in your storage and even stock your shelves with their products before they leave. Worst place to buying the grocery for retail store zero customer service. Even though price are expensive then Walmart, Superstore and Safe on Foods. If have truck you can shop around and can save easily $500 every week if you spent $2000 to $2500 on grocery. Small store shouldn’t contact with them.Thanks

Have left several messages and emails trying to open an account. Never get a response. Completed an application for account which they said would be active in a couple days...still nothing. Awful customer service and they clearly don't want or need new business.Edited: They finally got my account up but we've had terrible responses, if any from their staff, items are often short dated and their prices are ridiculous.

This company's delivery drivers routinely park in a winnipeg no parking zone on Smith St at the peak of the morning rush hour without giving any consideration to anyone else on the road. Everyone hates this driver. Fire him please.
