County Place Early Learning & Care Centre

My wife and I have found this child-care facility to be mostly beneficial for our son.Benefits include well-trained staff that are both considerate and responsible, NO TV-time, in-house prepared meals that are both wide ranging and mostly healthy (as well as an early-morning and late-afternoon snack).A few downsides are limited gross-motor learning equipment (i.e. climbing equipment, although they have recently added some structures outside that are appreciated and do work hard to add new items where they can) and individual one on one assistance with fine-motor development is also limited (to be fair, that's likely the case with most child-care facilities where you have one teacher to eight kids, which is the Alberta standard for all child care facilities I believe in a pre-school setting).Mostly we're very happy with the staff and they've been very proactive in helping us to continue to assess our son's progress (even going so far as to recommend external programs for both us and him where required).

As a mom of 2, I am always so excited to see what the menu items are at County Place. They go above and beyond to offer the children top grade food choices and encourage the children to try new things from all over the world as part of their featured cultural monthly themes. A day at the centre allows the kids to explore the world :)

Our child has been coming here for 6 months now, and it has been as great an experience as possible, especially as first-time parents. Our daughter looks forward to seeing her friends and teachers everyday, is learning a ton of great stuff (that we certainly didn't teach her), and we know she is being fed healthy balanced meals.

The best daycare in town. Clean and spacious. very caring and responsible staff. My child is excited to go to daycare! I have had experience with other Daycares in sherwood park and without a doubt this is by far the best experience we have had! from one parent to another, would highly recommend checking them out!

My son loves going to County Place. I have no trouble getting him ready and out the door when he knows we're on our way to caydare". We have recently made the switch to this daycare this summer

This daycare really cares about your children. They are very interactive. They provide healthy meals and snacks. Overall the best daycare in Sherwood Park

Ms. Jackie and Ms. Linda, the directors, are amazing woman, their commitment to making daycare better is obvious and inspiring. They are so efficient and easy to communicate with. The staff engage with the children and make them feel like they are at home! I am so happy we found this day care.

Our son has been attending County Place for just under a year and we could not be happier. Watching our son flourish, socialize, grow and create friendships has warmed our hearts beyond anything we imagined. The staff are incredibly kind and compassionate and genuinely love and care for every child. They keep open communication consistently and are very easy to talk to. The menu and food are healthy and provide variety! Knowing our son is in the best of hands and comes home happy, healthy and continously learning has us over the moon. Plus we love the director, she always goes above and beyond.

My daughter has been going to this daycare from the very beginning. Mrs Jackie was her teacher at a year and now is the director of the Center. I’m so appreciative of the teachers and staff and how far they go the extra mile. You can tell the teachers really care about you and your child’s needs. Thank you to County Place for being my child care provider since day one. My daughter loves this place and that alone makes me a very happy parent.
