Fantastic resource for the community. Ian is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, willing to teach you if you have the time, other volunteers are equally as good of a resource. I have had numerous visits to the Bike Shack for problems or tools and have always left feeling better equipped to maintain my bike, along with a bike that feels great. Recommended for any problems or as a resource for tools if you have the know-how.
