Their understanding of rebates and their products was very strong and they met some very competitive pricing. The install crew was very nice and worked very efficiently. The only hiccup in the process was a supply chain issue but I'm sure that comes up with most companies at this time.

We built our new home in 2017 & had 3 years of terribly frustrating serious problems with our heating system that could have been avoided. We had a heating imbalance which left our ensuite BR, Bathroom & WIC with temperatures well below allowable temperatures in winter.Don & his crew, after checking our system on many visits, told us that everything was ok. He told us that nothing more could be done for us. That attitude quickly changed when we contacted Travellers Home Warranty. Travellers determined that we had a viable claim & informed QAC that they had to fix it. QAC complied but it was a fighting struggle to move things along & were finally resolved( as best as possible) after 3 nerve wrenching years!Also, during the first Spring in the house we realized that our a/c wasn’t working. There was a puncture in the a/c line( an install error by QAC team). They denied responsibility. This added a new battle for us to get this fixed (which was eventually)by another HVAC dealer.Don should take *Quality* out of his company’s name! Instead of owning up to their mistakes& fixing them, QAC continually tried to wriggle out of their responsibilities. How can QAC stand behind their claim of great “Quality Workmanship” when it took 3 yr. to resolve our problems? Thank goodness we had Traveller’s Home Warranty working with us! They made QAC accountable. Quality Air care, in my opinion, doesn’t even deserve *1 Star* for this review. Terrible customer service!I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. This company installed a new furnace in our custom home, possession in 2017. When we recently started having a water/moisture leak from within the furnace, they could not provide a technician earlier than 7 days. Called another plumbing and heating company and they responded in less than 3 hours, providing a diagnosis within 1 hour. Upon calling Quality Air to report the repair recommendation, they seemed disinterested in doing the repair, and referred me back to the company that performed the diagnosis. Very poor follow-up and response on a product they sell and install.

Awesome service and quality. I contracted Quality Air Care for a commercial project and it went great. Competitive pricing, quick to quote and met all their deadlines. Can’t really ask for anything more.

I had a technician from another local HVAC company to look at my gas furnace. My furnace stopped working last month when outside temperatures were reaching -20 degrees celcius! I was told at the time that it was a catastrophic failure and that I needed a new furnace. What made things worse was that it would be 2 weeks to start the job. I couldn't imagine having to wait that long during that cold snap we had.My manager at work heard about my predicament and he highly recommended to contact Don the owner of Quality Air Care. I had to make a decision to go ahead with a 2 week wait or try and see if anyone can replace the furnace sooner.Don was friendly and professional and understood my urgency to have the furnace replaced asap. He advised that he could have it replaced in a few days, however, he would like to have his technician diagnose the problem, prior to moving forward.Clayton, the technician called me almost immediately afterwards to set up a time to look at the furnace later that day.Clayton had my furnace running in no time, which I was surprised. He said once he figured out the fault codes, his hunch was to inspect the outside ventilation. He said the reason the furnace was not firing up was due to heavy concentration of ice built up due to condensation. He had to chip away the ice that was restricting the air flow to the furnace. This procedure was not checked by the previous HVAC company.I have to say...it felt like I dodged a bullet. I was prepared to face the fact I had to get a new furnace as I was told.I am overjoyed with this outcome to say the least!Thank you Quality Air Care for your great professional service!I highly recommend them!A. House takes 2-3 hours to go up 2c to target temperature. House is very air tight and very well insulated. Not enough vents in my opinion.3 vents for 700 sq ft area to cover. Brought this to their attention and was shrugged off.

Watched one of there vans drive way to fast in a busy parking lot past a poor tow truck driver with his warning lights on trying to tow a broken car, Plate number DV 4076.

I have used Quality Air Care several times over the years for my HVAC needs and always experienced exceptional professional service at fair rates. This involved replacing our air conditioner that failed in the middle of a heat wave, with two young children we appreciated how quick the response time was, as well as replacing our hot water tank while I was away for work in the winter which ensured my family continued to have hot water. I highly recommend this business.
