Super Dee 1 Ton-Servicres

We had Superdee move our home on Feb 5th,2023 and we couldn’t be happier. No damage at all, and they were very careful wrapping anything that was breakable (glass, tv’s, furniture) with blankets and plastic wrap. All our belongings arrived 100% intact and no damage to the new home. I’d highly recommend them for your next move. Not sure why there are some bad reviews on here, definitely not our experience. They were also very responsive with any questions leading up to moving day.

Everyone was helpful to me; I would definitely recommend. Everybody from the office staff, to the movers themselves were quick and efficient with scheduling the move and the move itself was done quickly and carefully even though I had a LOT of stuff. I am glad that I went with Super Dee's, making the transition from my old apartment to my new place smooth and hassle-free! Thank you!

I booked these movers for a client who was on Income Assistance. This client was a single mother who needed the Ministry to assist in her moving costs. They damaged her belongings and the walls of the apartment that she was moving into and when we notified them of the damages and showed them pictures of what they had done, we didnt hear back from them. Just because a client may be a welfare move" doesnt mean that you treat them and their stuff like trash. They got $600 for a 2.5 hour move so they should've been way more professional and caring."

It has been a year now and I have not posted but continue to find hidden damage to my furniture. 75% of my furniture was damaged and one end table completely destroyed when they dropped it down the stairs. Nothing was covered and packed so tight there were scrapes on almost all the wood furniture. Requested they send their insurance person and they never did so I wonder if they are even insured. Ended up short paying what was originally agreed to as there was so much serious damage. Would have had no problem paying in full if they had done a good job. Surprised they are still in business, sorry Super Dee but I finally had to vent and tell the truth about the horrible experience we had.

I give this company one stars. Extremely pushy to the point I would say they were bullying me into hiring them. Calls after calls telling me they canceled jobs to fit me in, when they didn't even know my moving date.

After looking at several moving company reviews and calling different companies, we decided that using Super Dee movers was the best choice for the money for a move from Maple Ridge to Parksville. When I talked with Jeanette, one of the owners, she seemed very helpful, friendly and professional. When I told her about the size of our house and how much furniture we had, she sent us a quote based on two trucks which after some discussion it seemed like it changed to one truck on their end. They said that one truck should be enough.One week before our move, we called again and asked to have someone from the company to come by and assess our needs. One of the owners, Don, came by and told us what we needed to do to prepare for the move. He also said that 2 trucks would definitely be needed and we would have to pay an additional charge for the second truck and an additional helper. We told him that we were told that we were quoted for 2 trucks initially and the further charge was a surprise.....to be continued, see part 2

Part 2 of Ed Archie ReviewThe next day at our new house, once again the movers showed up at least 3 hours later than we were told by the owner due to some other issues that we had not been informed about until I had called to see where they were They finally showed up at 2 pm and commenced unloading and both my wife and I assisted in helping them. As we unloaded a few pieces of furniture, we saw that they had some damage from the truck. We mentioned this to Brandi when the unloading was finished and she wanted to conclude the move in a hurry to catch a ferry back to the lower mainland. She wanted payment right away and hastily took pictures of some of the damage and said they would contact us about dealing with it, but nothing was ever done. We also noticed that both our bed's mattresses were not wrapped and had some dirt on them. Much of the furniture we later discovered was also scratched and even a box of china had been dropped and all the pieces were ruined.We also noticed after the trucks left our brand new driveway that they had both left large spots of oil all around it. I informed Don about this and he told me how I could remove the stains. He offered to send someone to clean them if I had no luck but never answered me back when I had called and texted him to deal with our problemsIt is too bad that this company wasn't as good as we first thought. In fact, they did a poor job and weren't worth the money we were charged. Don't expect them to deal with any problems properly.We will never use this company again and hope others will learn from our experience.

My neighbour booked this company for a $3000 move from New Westminster to Prince George. She scheduled it several days before the end of the month (so not at the busiest time) and the night before the move the owner called at 9pm and cancelled! She said that one of the movers had a death in the family. Then she gave my neighbour's name and number to someone else who called my neighbour 30 minutes later and said he would do her move for $5000! (She is moving a one bedroom apartment). Then someone else sent my neighbour a text asking, How much can you afford for your move?" Sounds like a huge scam! Cancel at the last minute - so that the person is stuck - and then have a "friend" call and gouge the person for thousands more. I am sure that Super Dee would get a cut. Unprofessional

Super unprofessional, booked a move out at 12 pm, no one showed up or called for the next 3 hours. Finally someone called and said they will be 3 hours late at 3pm. Called Dom multiple times for any updates, no response. Now I have missed my move in spot in my new building, wasting everyones time. Next time please cancel in advance dont make customers wait until its convenient enough for you to call them back.

This is the best movers I've had. The Guys - Walley and Swabi had such great attitude even when the job turned out to be much longer than they expected, they packed all my furniture and fragile items carefully and did not leave any dent.I would recommend Super Dee without any hesitation!
