My wife and I just purchased a new KitchenAid dishwasher from William and Maurice. I dealt with Stewart and every aspect of the experience, including the delivery and installation, was ideal. Professional, prompt, thorough and fairly priced, I would recommend Stewart and Willam & Maurice to anyone. We will certainly be buying all our appliances through them from now on.

I bought a washer-dryer set from Stewart in 2015, and just bought my whole suite of kitchen appliances from him a few months ago. I couldn’t be happier with them and with the service Stewart provided. He is very fair, available, helpful, and he found exactly what I was looking for and for the right price. I’ll never buy appliances from anyone else ever again!

I recently purchased 5 major appliances from William & Maurice as we were doing a kitchen renovation. We have bought all our appliances from them in the past and they continue to not disappoint. Not only was Robert highly responsive and friendly, he was informed and patient with us as we were making our decisions and asking lots of questions. Also - their prices cannot be beat! It is always a pleasure doing business with the folks at William & Maurice. I will without a doubt continue to buy my appliances and other home needs from them in the future.

J’ai placé une commande en ligne pour un lit ajustable, le représentant Stewart m’a offert un service exceptionnel et a fait en sorte de suivre personnellement ma commande et faire le suivi après la livraison. j’avais un petit problème sur le lit, il a lui même fait en sorte que le problème fut réglé le plus tôt possible et m’a contacté a plusieurs reprise afin de s’assurer que tout s’est passé a mon entière satisfaction et je le remercie pour tous ses efforts et je le recommande fortement

I was in the market for a KitchenAid stove and fridge and did my internet search diligently. W&M beat the prices of the Big Box stores, their service was excellent and the delivery team great. I recommend doing business with this store. Please encourage independent furniture stores like W&M, you will not be disappointed.

Truly exceptional customer service. I had purchased a refrigerator elsewhere and had received abysmal service from that big national company; I had been jerked around on the phone for hours and my delivery had been postponed twice. Fed up with that company, I called William and Maurice because they are local to my area. Spoke to Stewart, who was great, and he found me a refrigerator in the next 10min. The exact model I originally wanted. Both Stewart and Robert are professional, kind and efficient. Prices were very fair, service was amazing; the type of customer service you don't see anymore. I will definitely be shopping there again in the future for all my appliances. Cannot recommend enough!
