You will not know till it comes outhad serviced at this boyd body shopbecause a reckless driver scratched side door panels and left dentswhile the car parked in winter.damages were on both driver side doors front and rearbrought this car to the shoppotential worries were the dents and front door how they replaced the door and paint it.seemed ok, but they forgot about 3m protections on the edges of the doorsthey did it, and a few days later the 3m film pilled out, went back and did it again.felt super overpriced but didn't worry much because other side insurer paid.overall seemed ok, but after 1 year and half.look at the pictures.the strip came out, it was slowly started since last winter.and a few days ago, I could see what was going on insidethey AWFULLY glued and hid it and I saw a clip inside that was broken as well.What the hell??and the front door is making squawky noise when closing and open.it was a brand new car.Extremely angry and not happy about their servicehow can they CHEAT a customer like this??What a kind of mentality they have, Cheating and DishonestyIf you the manager of this shop, see this?please reply here

My 2015 Volkswagen golf was repaired here in 2018. rear quarter and rear door was hit. Repair seemed okay at the time, white was not perfectly matched but very close.Fast forward 3 years, now that rear quarter has rust spots. The rest of the car is completely rust free and you can clearly see were the repair was made rust has come through. I sold this car last month and took a massive hit on it because of this poor repair. Its difficult selling cars, let alone with a claim, and with a bad repair.Surfaces were clearly not properly prepared before they painted the car and these types of things take a while to show, I would avoid this place unless you want a rusty car in a few years.

I was informed my vehicle would be repaired within a week, therefore I switched all my appointments at work to accommodate their timeline. Called me the following day informing me my repairs were complete and that the car rental is no longer covered.Asked if I could pick it up after hours when I am off of work, they said no.

I would like to warn anyone that goes to Boyd Autobody to make sure and check their repairs. I had a mishap with my quad and needed the back window of my truck replaced along with some body work. I will start with the good. It seems as though the body work and window replacement were done well but it is everything else that is horrible with the job that was done. The bed needed to be removed from my truck to complete the repairs and as shown in the pictures, the wiring and numerous clips were damaged and not put back properly. Entire harnesses not remounted! This is absolutely ridiculous! They broke the wiring connector for my power tailgate and had to send it to the dealership to find out what was wrong. I was told that i would have a new connector ordered by Boyd and STILL have not received a replacement. I dropped my truck off mod October and did not have it back for exactly a month. A MONTH. Now it has been another month and a bit and still no replacement part. I am severely disappointed with their service. Tje receptionist talks to you like she does not like her job. They got paint on my door handle during the repairand the headliner, which also needed to be removed, was FILTHY! Overall i am not happy. Again the paint and bodywork were done well. Im not just going to rant and put them down unnecessarily. But the rest of the job was very unprofessional. I would be embarrassed to give a vehicle back to a customer in that condition! And then break a connector and not replace it!!!! My big question is How many people dont notice or dont bring up these thing? How many people just trust the work is done properly? I have over 25 years of vehicle experience and this is very disheartening. Please check over your vehicles, no matter what work was done.

I had a catalytic Converter stolen.. My insurance sent me to Boyd. Their service is above and beyond.. Kelly was so amazing and extremely helpful... Usually when you visit Autobody Shops, you have to put your guard on... At Boyd, it was the opposite.. I had a great service at a decent price.. Highly recommended

Boyd Auto Body repaired my car after it was in an accident. They were friendly, thorough and easy to deal with. Due to the pandemic parts were taking an extraordinarily long time to come in. I was updated regularly and as soon as my parts arrived my car was ready to go. I will likely only use Boyd in the future and will certainly recommend them to others. My car looks as good as new!

Picked up my car this morning and noticed that the bumper replacement looks like it was from a used bumper. There are scratches just painted over. The rock chips weren’t sanded out, and the paint shows them clearly. The bumper was not aligned properly on the drivers side. For what the repair cost to the insurance company, I would have thought all the parts would have been new. Very disappointing…

Had a pretty good experience here a few years ago. It was just fender bender repair but even those cost a lot now. Fast efficient , friendly. Good place.

I see people have different experiences dealing with this body & glass shop.I would like to share my positive experience I had at this shop recently. I was in direct contact and dealing with Kelly before and during my husband's auto repair. Kelly quickly and willingly solved all issues related to the repair process. She made the right decisions and quickly implement them. For Instance: she advised about repair delay and offered/arranged a ride for me (i did not have SEF 20 - loss of use on the policy). On the same day, she arranged the rental vehicle at the Boyds cost for my husband to get to work for the night shift. It was done in timely manner without any prejudices. Kelly has not only shown a good customer service but also an excellent support service. Honestly, Kelly acted like the best friend been on duty even though I have never being Boyd's customer before.
