They carry a lot more products than I expected in a smaller hardware type store. All in one small shop not big box at all.You can find possibly discontinued or hard to find items here. Service was not my fancy but I feel like it is well managed given the reply.

Awesome selection and friendly staff who will go above and beyond to help you. Their customer service is what other hardware stores should strive to have. That service is reflected in the prices, but it's not much more to shop here vs a Home Depot, so I'm willing to pay for it.

I came in to pick up some 4x1 cedar t&g but they didn't have any 12' bundles in stock. The yard boss ordered some up for me on the spot and told me they'll be in the next day by mid day. I came in next day around noon and they were there waiting. Thanks for the great customer service.
