Crystal Nails

I’ve had my acrylics filled by Trang a couple of times now. The only reason I went back a second time is because she came highly recommended as THE tech to see in Mission so I figured she just had an “off” day the first time. Unfortunately I was very unhappy with the service both times. She RUSHES, like, complete fill & gel Polish in 1/2hr, kind of rushing. My nails were left so rough you can see the grit under the Polish. The edges are so raised they catch in my hair. Corners are lopsided & so sharp I cut myself! She does zero cuticle care, zero clean-up of the acrylic residue left around the nails. Both times I ended up having to completely reshape my nails myself because the sides were so bulbous they were visibly sticking out from my nail bed over my cuticles. She rushed through the curing lamp so my Polish still feels “soft”. The edges of my real nail are sticking out from the sides of the tips. She did a chrome finish on one nail that just accentuated how uneven & bumpy they are. To all the people who rave about Trang, you deserve better, for a $55 acrylic fill + tax & tip you deserve MUCH better!On the positive side, the salon appears clean & the staff are friendly.

We had a very unpleasant experience!I took my daughter for a manicure for her b-day. The ladies asked us very briefly about the occasion and continued talking to each other without paying attention to us as costumers. They where very disappointed that we refused the shellac nail polish. Then asked me to pay before they applied the nail polish not to ruin my nails ( other nail salons are using little fans to dry faster) . After I had my eyebrows waxed, another bad experience, she burned my eye lead and she didn’t even say sorry . I would not recommend this place.

They are so friendly & accommodating, I made an appointment but, by mistake I called the one in Abbotsford & when we got to the salon, they still took my daughter & I right away with no issues. They fixed the nails that had started lifting from the other salon we had gone to & filled the ones that could be filled, they ended up replacing 5 nails in total & the new set hasn't started lifting & looks amazing. I've said it before, while pretty nails are nice, if they don't stay on, what's the point of paying that much?? 5 out of 5, would recommend & WILL be returning. The salon was clean & had a very friendly atmosphere. They are welcoming & made sure our nails & the design my daughter chose was right & the way she wanted it.

I have been going to crystal nails for many years now. They really care about your experience and always try to make sure you leave happy. Trang is absolutely amazing and is so good at what she does. They aren’t only isn’t just interested in taking your money, they truly believe that a happy customer is a returning customer. Highly recommend!!! I have tried many places but since finding crystal nails I haven’t gone anywhere else!!

Decided to pamper myself went to Crystal Nails and had a pedicure done. The lady that did it was efficient and gentle. Loved the foot massage on my tired aching feet.

First time getting my nails done here, my nail tech was super fast and my pedicure was awesome. My sister went yesterday and had a great experience also

Owner is very good at what she does never had a nail break

I have been seeing trang, the owner for now i think just under a year, i have never had nails this beautiful and good quality before. i went on my own personal mission in trying each nail tech/nail salon in Mission to see where i could find the best nail tech. Crystal nails was the last on my list and when i finally went i haven’t been able to stop myself from coming back, i have never left trang’s nail salon unsatisfied or unhappy in any way, she is an extremely talented, professional and nice woman i could not recommend any nail salon more then here.

The ladies working there are very nice and politeVery fast at shaping and coloring my acrylic nails like around 30 min and they're in perfect shape too!

My favourite place to go for acrylics, the employees are very friendly and trang always leaves my nails looking amazing.
