Windmill Suites Adult Kitchenette Furnished Apartments

Excellent place to stay! Extremely quiet, great for a single guy. Great for working in the city, temporary lodging close to Spruce Grove and Devon, well kept and maintained. The water pressure can be low at times but that was the only issue after staying for a full year. Maria and company are great. If Ya pay your rent on time and be a respectful tenant you can have a nice stay here.

Maria is an absolutely amazing landlord, we now consider her a friend. She does everything she can to make sure you feel at home in the Windmill community! We loved our little one bedroom suite, had everything we needed. You can't beat the deal, our rent included everything, water, power WiFi, cable etc. When we return to Edmonton in 6 months we will be staying at the Windmill again!!!!

If you are looking for a place to rent this is by far one of the most affordable, clean, professional places to stay at. By far one of the best all around deals in the city! I give it 5 stars for these suites! Head over on your next stay in Edmonton area!

Stayed at Windmill suites for a couple of months. Clean, private & furnished suites, ideal for someone looking for a quiet place either short or long term. Maria is very friendly and super easy to deal with. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it

I sold my house and needed a place to stay in a hurry. Maria was very helpful and had a suite ready on short notice. The place was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Maria and John are the most amazing landlords and friends in life you will ever meet! I had the blessing of staying at their location for almost a year! Beautiful location and cozy unit! I wish I would have known about Windmill Suites when I first moved to Alberta. I rented a kitchenette for 9 months and I had a great experience. Maria was fantastic to deal with, when ever an issue came up in the complex it was dealt with quickly, usually before I had a chance to realize! I had an affordable, clean, furnished suite with a great cable package and high-speed internet. Every one in the complex had a mutual respect for each other, we all worked various shifts and everyone seemed to respect that! It was bitter sweet to be giving up my little apartment. Honestly, this is probably the best deal in town, and If I ever find myself in need for accommodations in the future Maria and Windmill Suites will be my first call.Thanks so much!It was a pleasure

I stayed at Windmill Suites from March till the end of June,2023. It was awesome. Nice clean rooms. A very quite place. Maria and John were excellent to deal with. I got my damage deposit back within 8 days. I would definitely stay there again. Good job Maria and John.

I have stayed here twice in the last couple of years while working west of Edmonton. The place was fantastic both times. Very clean and comfortable, quiet and safe. Maria is such a great landlord, very accommodating and kind. John is on top of any kind of maintenance need. I ended up working night shift on the last stint, and had no trouble sleeping during the days. That is how quiet this little community is. Highly recommended. Thanks again, Maria!
