My in-home elevator did not function when I pushed the button. I called TCI Lift Elevators and Escalators, and within half and hour I received a return call from the company. TCI Lift saved our building from an extended shut down that was reported to be unrepairable by the former service provider. Very experienced and knowledgeable techs and great customer service. Highly recommend.
