Overall not a pleasant experience. Was looking at shoes and needed a size, couldn't find anyone in the store and the 2 ladies at the front were just chatting near cash. Eventually a girl who was working the shoe section by herself was able to help, once she was done with another customer.Sad to see a store with 4+ staff members only have 1 useful employee. Train your staff better or hire competent employees

I always have a positive and fun experience when I go to adidas at cross iron. The diversity in the staff makes me feel safe in my shopping experience and there is always someone available to help me and offer great suggestions and alternatives. I feel cared for and welcome!I witnessed someone yelling at a manager and they handled it appropriately and calmly considering the customer was not only being rude, but aggressive.The sales at adidas are always awesome and the staff are equally as awesome.Thanks to the whole team for making my shopping experience great fun!

Not pleasant at all!! Asked for a size and just straight away said no, there's no size available without even checking. Then here comes a caucasian lady asking for the same size and got!!! Tried complaining but just said that was the last one. RACIST!

Staff was extremely rude and racist. The caucasian female who’s either the associate in charge or store manager literally was like barbie, except the looks; fake and plastic.

Awesome store, have a good selection of merchandise and if they don’t have something in store they are quick to help you order it, or to find another option. Great staff who are quick to ask if you need a hand and are very knowledgeable about their products. Also an extremely clean store, I have never been in there when something is out of place which is a feat considering the foot traffic this mall gets. Truthfully this store has switched me from a Nike guy to an Adidas guy, the staff, cleanliness and products are top tier.

Good selection when I went in. Luigi was super helpful. Helped my whole fanily out multiple times and was eager to help us with each of our purchases! Some of the other staff were nice as well but others were not willing to check the back at all for available shoes when asked.

I ordered a shoe pnline from adidas. ca for my niece as a Christmas gift 3 weeks ago n never deliverd, after multiple back n forth with shipping company and adidas customer service it turned on been in the vancouver facillity for 2 weeks and should ship to Surrey facility n then to My address in Poco?!?i never ever order online anything from them as they left me in a limbo and ruined my Christmas day with the family.poor customer service, very irresponsible.

My wife purchased a hoodie and track pants 6 days ago. The hoodie fitted perfectly, but the pants were big. Went back today to exchange the pants to a smaller size. Unfortunately, my wife lost the reciept but i did have a bank statment.Torrey, one of the stores associates refused to exchange them even with a bank statement proof of purchase.I hope I find the reciept so I can just return everything and avoid shopping at this store.
