Great place to shop at!! The staff there are really friendly and leave you smiling when you walk out. The owner really chooses great people. They have really great options of clothes there and have really nice designer items. I bought a lot of unworn clothes for really good prices there which are really expensive at the actual store. Definitely recommend checking it out and will definitely be going there again.

I took my daughter to this shop, we both found some good ones with very good price! I want to say this second hand shop is really good because the shop itself is clean, the fitting rooms are also very clean and neat. And most of the goods there were quite clean and neat, you can definitely find some goodies there!

Very quiet and small store selling used women's clothing. The demographics of this store is for young women and you find less teen brands

They had a clearance sale today. Manufacture defect on a item. Theres no hole to button the pants and they refuse to discount it? Lol staff said theres a reason why its on sale because of it. So i guess then everything else on sale has manufacturer defect? Other locations would honor a small discount i just think whoever owns this location is too cheap

It's okay. A bit confusing, as someone said. Surprisingly a lot of Shein, Winners brands, and George (Wal-Mart) beside some more expensive brands. Similarly, if you are selling, what they choose to take and don't doesn't have much logic to it. Whether you have a positive experience depends on the people working there that day. Don't expect a lot for your clothes, expect disappointment, and don't take it personally. It is true that the people who work there have a bit of an attitude, whether it's intentional or not I don't know but it probably doesn't help if you are already having a negative experience and if they don't take anything. I've heard staff making fun of other customers that have come in or talking about things they want from the floor which is rather unprofessional but I don't think you come here for the professionalism and I don't think they get paid enough to care.

Worst place to sell your used clothes. Staff is very impolite and impatient. The staff argued with me that I didn’t keep the washroom door open which I did, very ridiculous. I brought five large boxes of used clothes. They only opened one box and leave the clothes there in a mass without closing the box for you. They needed 1hr which is the longest I’ve heard with nobody else there is selling. And they NEVER call/text you even that they are not checking your clothes. And they just told me they are not taking any today. Check out The Plator’s closet they have much more friendly staffs and I had a happy experience there.

As a buyer: if you're in the market for a handbag, there's an entire wall with designer labels - inspect them though as I did see a couple Coach items that had some holes or flaws.Clothing I felt was not a great selection for me personally. Condition of most clothing was good.As a seller: I felt I was offered a decent price for my items. Out of 25 items, they took 9. The annoying thing was that they insist the items come in neatly, etc. But the items they passed on they just threw back in the box in a heap rather than returning them in the same neat condition they request. I was also annoyed to see some of my items just thrown on the floor beside my box then haphazardly tossed on the top of the box when I picked up. I was the only person in the store and there was no other items to sort. They were standing and chatting a lot, so there was time to return unwanted items neatly.Overall, I didn't have a terrible experience but I didn't have a spectacular experience either.It would be nice if some effort was put into giving back unwanted items in the same way they're requesting it and definitely do not just toss them on the ground. It may be just unwanted stock to the staff but they are people's belongings until you've sealed the deal on the transaction and it's just rude to throw people's belongings on the floor.

Love this store! I bought a used tiffany and co earrings in here and it’s still in a very good condition! Almost all of the items here are in a like new condition! Really good and fair price!♥️♥️ will definitely comeback here and buy some stuff♥️

Came in to sell my wife’s designer shoes I bought a while ago that she never wore. Surprisingly got a better quote for them than I expected. Store was really clean and organized despite them only opening a few weeks ago. Selling process was easy and smooth. Staff is very knowledgeable on designer items and do a thorough authenticity check when purchasing anything from customers. Gives a sense of reassurance for me knowing I can purchase designer items from this location without having to be worried about purchasing fakes. All in all would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy or sell women clothing/accessories.
