I moved from Toronto to Saskatoon and Jessica Dennison made the process very smooth. Not only did she help organize virtual tours during the pandemic, but she also suggested some local staples for when I landed (a big help during an overwhelming process). 13 Pies was my first meal in Saskatoon all thanks to Jessica.I lived in a building run by ICR for two years and every time I had concerns or questions, the team would get back to me right away as well.

Attempted to apply and view. They claim my current rental company is the issue but my current rental company claims no one called about us. I'll believe the people I rented from for 3 years over people who wait until noon to get back to you.

I've been away for 5 years now and have had ICR looking after my property the whole time. Faisal has been reliable and responsive with all issues. I had a major repair done in 2017 and he never failed to update me. I get all monthly statements and deposits on-time. Getting a property manager was definitely one of the best decisions I've made in my life.

I have a rental condo that is being managed by Faisal of ICR. I started using them nearly a year ago. They did a full renovation that was cost effective for myself, done in a timely manner, and completely changed the look of my unit.He was able to quickly rent out my unit, but also vetted the potential renter to make sure they were a good fit.He is very easy to get a hold of, answers any questions I may have and sends all documents in a timely manner.I'm very glad I choose to have ICR manage my unit.

Convenient location, close to the center, large parking nearby. Cozy and spacious office, stylishly designed. Friendly staff and our agent Stacey kindly provided the apartment, explained everything in detail and consulted.

I wanted to take the time to write to address the excellent job that ICR has done managing my property in Saskatoon. I had to hire ICR at a time when I was under stress recently being diagnosed with cancer and needing somebody to take some serious stress off my shoulders. I did a lot of research trying to find the appropriate company to help me. I needed someone who could literally take the burden of my empty property off my hands , find a renter, and ensure everything was maintained and dealt with in a timely matter. ICR's Property Manager has done more than a wonderful job of addressing my needs and the needs of my tenant . He has been precise in replies to concerns, prompt addressing any issues and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. And having to keep this property longer then anticipated because of the market has been easy with having somebody so knowledgeable at the realm. I therefore wanted to take the time after 2 + years of him managing my property to let everyone know what a wonderful asset he is to your company. I have now recommended your company to numerous people because of his stellar performance.

I found it frustrating and difficult to work with ICR as a board member. I often felt that I was given dishonest answers when I asked questions. It was also difficult to figure out how money was being spent, even when I asked numerous questions. I did not feel that this company was transparent in dealing with me.

We lived in a condo property managed by Scott S. from ICR property management, and he was exceptional. He is level headed, considerate, responsive, and completely reliable. Every time we had an issue or a question he replied in a very timely manner. He helped solve a problem with renters that lived in our building, and we will be forever grateful. I will always highly recommend Scott and this company.

Extremely disappointed in this company. Have made multiple attempts to get our ceiling repaired, and no one has bothered to show up or fix the problem. Our ceiling started leaking last August from the AC Unit upstairs, and has yet to be fixed. Let me also clarify that the leak above us hasn’t been fixed either.. but he’s demanding the ceiling get fixed first. Makes no sense.I’ve had multiple “Techs” come in to take pictures and measure. Each tech has no idea what there walking into. It baffles me how there is ZERO communication within this company. After being stood up once, and missing a days of work we decided to hold off during Christmas. Busy time of year for us.After many conversations we were made to feel as if we don’t have a right to be home while work is being done in our home. That gave ICR red flags that we didn’t trust them alone in our home. We have pets and would feel MUCH MORE comfortable being here while someone is in our Unit. I know it isn’t required for us to be home while work is being done, but it is what we have requested. Please respect that!!Fast forward to today: Yet AGAIN no one showed up. So we contacted Scott immediately to see what’s going on, and where is the tech. He texts back confirming our address and was told tech will be there “shortly”.Then we get told he sent them to the wrong address apparently, but on our same street. So I was expecting like within 10 mins they’d be here. Waiting, waiting, waiting. 30 mins goes by. Nothing. Another text from Scott - “I got the Units mixed up , my apologies”. “Can we do it another day. Sorry.” Basically told him no. I took today off, so figure it out and let’s get someone here today. Tired of the mistakes.Let me clarify that the Date/Time was confirmed multiple times prior, and this still manages to happen.Scott sends out a tech 3 hours past the scheduled time. The tech shows up to measure and make a plan. He has no supplies or any time to do the job today. We were told the repairs were happening today. Two different stories. Tech was here a total of 5 minutes.We already had two different people who took photos and videos 5 months ago. I’ve sent photos in and video footage of the leak happening. So I was not expecting another tech to come in and just take a photo and measurements. I was told the ceiling was being fixed, and not just looked at. Such a waste of my time to just take another picture .. that you should already have.The tech’s have been nothing but nice , but can understand our frustration . How can they simply do their job if their boss cannot. We are now being told to find a new contractor because we’re upset about missing another days of work due to Scott’s lack of communication within his work place. Take some responsibility for your mistakes and quit blaming your clients.Last time we dealt with Scott 4-5 months ago he was drinking at the bar while taking work calls. Simply asked him to step outside because we could barley hear him on the phone. We were told he was on his own time, so no. Unprofessional!I hope the next person has a better experience!Edit: ICR reached out to have me take my review down. Nothing was resolved and our landlord will be hiring a third party because of this gong show. Don’t have reviews if you don’t want people posting honest ones.
