I went there by mistake for a card pick. There was another kiosk in the front of Zara where my original pickup was supposed to be. But The guy from this shop told me are you interested in the rogers master card and he explained me the benefits. I agreed. He started my application but there was some additional security needed to approve my card. The guy went to see someone upper to him so he can fix the issue, in the mean time I went to pickup my card at the kiosk. There the lady working told me you can not apply for Mastercard because you’re not a permanent resident of canada. When I am saying this thing to the guy who was applying for my credit card, he said no you have Canadian proof so you should be. Then I received an email to verify my Mastercard to get approval. I went to shop again there they rejected my application. The point is why he does something that would affect my credit score? Who is responsible for this. Credit score is extremely important for everyone. If they don’t have enough information they shouldn’t have done this. I am not going again to this fido. Not recommend. Not only this he also wasted my time and money. And they didn’t even apologized. Not a good customer service.

I visit this store today around the 17h 55.(2022. June. 21.) I talked with Lynn yesterday. Lynn is super nice and kind staff. I didn’t bring my study visa yesterday, so I visit again this store. Lynn explained me very kindly. Today, I go to this store again to pick up my new phone. I ordered via Fido website. However, a girl with no name tag, she said I can’t pick up the new phone since I am not a canadian. Do you think this is reasonable? I bring my passport and study visa. These two are official documents. However this rude girl keeps saying that international document is not allowed. Fido doesn’t accept passport? Fido doesn’t make a contract with international student? I had really bad experience today. This girl with no name card is very bad. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO CONSIDER VISITING OTHER BRANCH IF SHE WORKS THERE.

They wrote that they close at 9:00 pm, i came at 7:10 pm and the store was closed! This was very inconvenient!Hey Fido! Hire someone who could respect time and customers!

Very disappointed staff dont know specs. They sold me a phone saying its 8gb when in reality its 6gb.

I call to this number and a person very impolate said to me: THIS IS NOT EVEN FIDO YOU HAVE TO CHECK BY YOURSELF ON INTERNET....I said to him....i check on internet and this is the number that appear....very bad service.

It’s not entirely the stores fault, but I highly recommend that nobody continue buying from Fido since they now charge you a fee to talk to somebody over the phone. Not only do they charge you this fee but they make you jump through about 30 hoops in the automated service before they hang up on you and ask you to login over the Internet and schedule a call back. This is literally the worst customer service of any cell phone provider. Save yourself do not come here!

First, They wrote a notice on the board which put in front of the door. The plan is the speed is 4G, 20GB, 35$/mon. The manager can not practice what she promised me and make me less trust in them. Before you buy any plan, please be careful that there are more additional fee that you don’t know and bonuses will be delayed till 2-3 months.
