I was very satisfied by my experience at Siverstar Metcedes. I dealt with Frank Sparapani. He created a very pleasant experience for both of the cars that we got, over a period of about 2 years. I read a review that complains about Frank’s behavior calling him a clown. That is shocking! Frank was simply a perfect gentleman, even when I declined one of the deals. I returned later on, and found a much better deal and he actually voiced his happiness that the first deal was unsuccessful, since the new one was so much more to my advantage. And he even anserws phone calls to help us troubleshoot or understand features.He gives a good name to his profession.I intend to return to silverstar in the future, and hope to deal with Frank again.

I highly recommend Mercedes Silver Star, I received my GLC last Friday. My sale rep was Izoudine, he was Very professional and very patient in answering all our questions. I can say by far this is was the best experienced I had from any car dealership that I have ever dealt with in the past. WOW !!!!

Got charged 724$ for a repair on my sprinter purchased in Feb 2022 that has 65,000km already having defects going in to limp mode on the highway because the truck won't auto burn the particulate filters like it's designed to do... An emissions related issue that's apparently under warranty for 5 years or up to 160,000km but not at this dealership... Will be taking them to court this time. As should you if this has also happened to you. It a my second time getting robbed at Mercedes with my vehicule so far. I've had enough. Worst part is they didn't even replace a defective part. They went on the obd, activated the auto-burn and that's it.

Ask for Elie, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I had a great experience overall. Found the car I wanted at a fair price with excellent customer service before and after the sale. I highly recommend this dealership.

Snakes in sells department put everything in writing. Buyers be aware.They don't honor agreements and are very rude when they can't succeed in pushing you around.Especially in the sprinter department.They value the dollar more than the customer.To put in short, I had to go around silver star dealership to make them honor our agreements, called the head offices to explain the situation. That warranted same day results. Worth it in the end though. Priceless look on my sales person's face . Middle finger achieved .
