Stopped at this location to see about booking a vacation. Two employees were there, one with people and the other on her computer. After a few minutes the person on the computer turned to us and said that the other employee would be with us shortly. A couple of minutes went by and the employee that was working with the other people turned to us and said she was working on a visa and would be busy for 20-25 minutes. She then said we prefer you make an appointment but you can wait. We chose not to wait not because of it being 25 minutes but because of the way we were spoken to. She was quite rude and treated us like we were a bother to her. Since there is nothing on their website or at the entrance of the store about having to make appointments we were at a loss as to why she was so snotty towards us. Our business was obviously not wanted so we will not be back.

We have booked trips with Christine, both before and during covid. Her suggestions have been helpful and led to memorable experiences we might not otherwise have enjoyed. Her assistance, and that of Erin too, when changes need to be made while traveling, has been greatly appreciated.
