Wee Watch Licensed Home Child Care Sarnia

I've only worked for wee watch for a year but it was the best career decision I ever made! I have worked for twelve years in a licensed childcare center and after having my son decided it would be better for him if I was to stay home and raise him. Not only was it the best decision I've made but I've also made strong bonds with all my families in my care and children. Wee watch is a great organization to work for and the truely care about their providers. My son has been having medical issues and after requesting a couple days off for tests Megan and Varsha will both reach out to me to make sure everything went okay and if I'm needing anymore time off! I can't say enough good things about this organization except if your feeling like you want to work from home and love children this is the job for you.

Every weekday morning I wake up grateful my daughter was able to get a spot in a Wee Watch home daycare. From day one, Wee Watch as an organization has been quick and caring in their communications with me, conducting themselves with the utmost professionalism. I really appreciate their home visits and reports and the high standards to which they hold themselves.Most of all, I appreciate my daughter's provider. I consider this woman an extension of my family. She sends me daily photos and updates and is quick to come to me with any questions or emerging issues. I always feel supported as a parent, and never judged. I will be grateful to this provider forever, and as a family we try hard to express that gratitude to her.If anyone reading this is on the fence about either sending their children to a Wee Watch home, or becoming a Wee Watch provider themselves, I urge you to do it! I couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

We have been with Wee watch for around 8 months now and we have never had a problem. Our personal provider is amazing!!!! My son is in love with her. We get monthly updates from wee watch as they drop into the homes often. When our provider needs time off they make sure we always have back up care. They always communicate well and they keep there clients happy.

Wee Watch has been nothing short of amazing for me and my 2 year old son. They take all the stress out of wondering what to do when your provider is on holidays or needs time off as they offer backups so you don't have to worry about asking friends/family for childcare help.My son absolutely loves his provider. She and her family are beyond wonderful to him as they all interact and play with him.All of the services provided by Wee Watch and the providers are such a great help!

Made a decision to switch from an institutional daycare to home daycare and my only regret is not switching sooner. The care provider they found for my children is amazing. She bakes with them and takes them for walks to the park. My children look forward to going to daycare instead of crying at the door when I drop them off. They get more one on one attention than they did before. The schedule is flexible and allowed me to continue working shift work and early morning shifts. It is perfect for parents with work hours outside the norm 8-4 or 9-5 job.

The details I get about my son are amazing. It's great that I know what is going on each and everyday.

We Love Wee Watch Sarnia, our oldest daughter was there 3 years ago and loved it, our youngest is currently there and he just loves to go to his providers. Everything is super clean and you will get pictures of your child throughout the day, and they do school type work to learn. If your provider is sick or not open you get a back up which is great. Both my kids love going to Wee Watch. We lucked out with a great Provider.
