9th Line Dental

Stay away from this Dentist Ece Erkan. One of the horrible experience I ever had with my tooth because of this Dentist. All about taking the money from you and she never educate the procedure and she only concerned about your insurance coverage and her assistants are well trained on how to extract your money. Ended up having TMJ issue.If you really want to save your teeth please stay away from this clinic. I don't normally write bad review but this place made me suffer for quite some time.

On Aug. 2, I went to 9th Line Dental for a standard dental cleaning, during which the hygenist chipped a large part of my front tooth with one of the tools she was using. Before leaving the office on Aug. 2, I booked another appointment for Aug. 3 to have my tooth repaired. After the repair, as I was leaving, the dental office tried to charge me for the repair. My insurance, which covers 90% of repairs was charged $294. I was charged the remainder, about $30. I refused to pay for a repair that was needed due to their own mistake. Later that week, I noticed they went ahead and charged my insurance $294 despite saying on Aug. 3 they would not. I called them and they claimed that my tooth did not break during the cleaning – according to the hygenist. I have a photo of myself sitting in the dental chair from Aug. 2 with a broken tooth. They went ahead and charged my insurance $294 anyway. Save your teeth and your money and go to another dental office.

As a self confessed dental chicken,whenever I need to visit the dentist I know I can expect an extremely positive experience at 9th Line dental. Beginning with the always warm welcome from Linda, considerate and compassionate care from all the staff, (Keiko, Kathy and Michelle, Dr Erkan you are the best!) and ending with your next appointment made, the trip to the dentist is great. My personal experience with Dr Erkan has been such a pleasant surprise. She is so thoughtful and unhurried in her care that even unpleasant procedures seem so much less so. I would highly recommend this clinic for your family's dental needs especially if going to the dentist makes you nervous or fearful.

The staff and Dr. Erkan have been wonderful. They have really helped me to get back to having healthy gums and teeth. I've always avoided the dentist but I always feel relaxed and ease here. I'm very thankful for their flexibility and care.

Amazing office!!!!I've been coming to this office for 2 years now and the experience has been more than satisfactory. The friendly staff make sure that I leave my anxiety at the door and I always end up having a great time with these guys. Dr Erkan is such a caring dentist, highly recommended, she goes above and beyond to help people. Would love to keep coming here.

I have been going to this dental office for about 10 years now and felt compelled to write a review. Amazing staff, always friendly and understanding. The hygienists do a thorough job of cleaning. Linda has been so helpful over the years in making and changing appointments, also watched my kids as I went for cleaning inside. The kids always get to choose toys at the end of their cleaning which they love! I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed, the dentist referred me to the best surgeon for the procedure. I live in kitchener now but still continue to travel to mississauga for the clinic and trust me I did try to change my dentists in between to find someone closer, but keep getting disappointed by their services. Ninth line dental is great at reminding you of your upcoming appointments well in advance. Overall, I am very happy with the clinic and the staff, highly recommend!

Dr. Ece Erkan at 9th Line Dental has been my dentist for over 6 years now. She is very knowledgeable, caring, honest and kind. When I visit Dr. Erkan, I know that I am in good hands. I have recently had one of my molars at the very back extracted by her. Prior to the extraction, I was nervous and expecting quite a bit of pain and bleeding, due to my past molar extraction experience with another dentist elsewhere. However, with her caring hands and expertise, that extraction was so smooth, I could not believe it. I had the extraction in the afternoon, she prescribed me with pain killers, and I was expecting to take them for at least a couple of days. However, I only took the pain killer as a precaution on the evening of the surgery. I did not even need to use any pain killers the next day. She also cares about your wallet, she has never suggested any dental work, unless it is necessary. If some dental work is needed but not urgent, she specifically lets you know that, so you can decide, when or if to have them. Having a dentist you can fully trust and feel comfortable with is really a blessing for me. I thank Dr. Ece Erkan from the bottom of my heart for being a wonderful dentist. I strongly recommend Dr. Ece Erkan and her team at the 9th Line Dental.

Great Clinic and extremely helpful and flexible staff. Dr Ece Erkan has been taking care of my dental needs, as well as being very knowledgeable Dr. Erkan does only what needs to be done. Staff always checks my insurance to make sure I don't pay anything out of my pocket. Excellent dental clinic with excellent staff. I live in Alliston (100km each way) and all of my family goes to 9th Line Dental. I recommend this clinic highly
