Wee Watch Licensed Home Child Care Brantford-Brant

We are very happy with the service Weewatch has provided to date and our Child Care Provider, Nazia. Nazia communicates with us consistently, is very observant and aware, and keeps us up-to-date on our son’s activities daily. We can see that he enjoys going to daycare and that’s all we could ask for as parents.

Our 2 small children have been with a WeeWatch provider for about 7months now and it was the best decision we've ever made. She provides a warm and loving environment that my kids are excited to go to everyday. She greets them everyday in a way she'd greet her own. And they've learned so much!!!! The communication from the office is great and we love the reports we receive from the monthly home visits. Very happy we chose WeeWatch and the provider we did.

Wee Watch is a lifesaver! I can shout this on the mountaintop.We enrolled our daughter in childcare I won't mention their name here in Brantford for September 2022 and we were not accepted. we were given just one month to stay and look elsewhere, it was a very sad experience.I got Wee Watch's contact same month and spoke with them, not only were we accepted but it was with no waitlist, it was express and automatic.We love wee watch services, they are quick to give information and we get reports on a monthly home visit and a daily report from the main provider we use (Rheka) is a very brilliant, loving and accommodating woman we have not experienced any issues with her regarding our daughter's welfare, sometimes she doesn't even want to leave her home.She treats every child in her care as if they were hers. We have been with this provider since October 2022.

Wee Watch has been a wonderful company to work with. From initial registration to our frequent checkins, they have exceeded all of our expectations for a day care for our daughter. Our carer Carla is so amazing. Our little one has learned so much academically and socially in such a short time. The care that Carla gives to her is so appreciated. We feel so lucky to have found her!

Wee Watch is a great local option for child care, and their coordinator Luisa is delightful and professional. Highly recommended.

I personally wouldn't use Wee Watch services again. The fact that you pay so much for an administration fee instead of the money going to a provider but the office people don't calculate the billing properly over charge for services you hadn't used and then are rude when confronted about it. as well as getting a monthly report of home visit while my child was in care there was MULTIPLE times for multiple months I didn't receive one and when asked for them I was told they would be sent to me and still didn't receive them. I have since moved my services to private care that has proved to be much better for myself and my child. She has improved tremendously in her speech, is completely potty trained within a week of changing as well.
