It was a pleasure to deal with Coulee Valley cleaners . The 4 employees worked very well together. They arrived on time and were very thorough and professional. Kaila was very helpful in fulfilling what was required . I will definitely book them again.

One gal was wearing a mask upon arrival, I should have said something. After avoiding covid since the beginning , we both received it from this cleaner. We were both sick within hours after they left. (Tested positive for covid) Good thing we are both immunized! The gal who cleaned my oven did a great job, but didn't touch the under warming drawer. All bathrooms to be cleaned- one shower/tub not done. Floors still dirty after. I asked what they used and was told -water with pepermint oil. They spray it on the floor and use a rag on a pole.(no cleaning agent?) Not sure why people think a portable $300 vacuum is better than a central vac with powerhead for carpet. Contacted owner about the exposure to covid-she didn't care. Also of the unsatisfactory job. Not impressed, went onto the next cleaning company.

Coulee Cleaners has been cleaning my Air BNB in Lethbridge for almost a year now and they have done a fantastic job. There’s a lot of extra work that goes into an Air BNB flip and they nail it every time. We constantly get comments on how clean and well presented the house is.Tanya pays attention to detail and maintenance is always kept up with. Kaila works hard at getting all of our last minute bookings taken care of and keeps the whole process organized.I highly recommend these hard workers and all around amazing people!

I just moved to Lethbridge and my new place needed a deep cleaning. There were a lot of specific things that needed cleaning and I was very impressed with the thorough and detailed job that was done. I also found them to be very professional and responded quickly to my calls and emails. Coulee Cleaners cleaned my house before I moved from Lethbridge recently. They were just excellent!
