horrible customer service. got shirts done there 3 years ago. and went back to do it recently and they were not helpful at all. i was polite even when one associate Adria went behind the desk with he coworker and started talking about me and laughing as if i wasnt there. i felt humiliated for asking questions, and was very lost with their rude responses. my brother was with me and was outraged at how mean and impolite they were being. would not recommend at all.Update:No sir, this was not during Stampede rush nor did I require garments. They did not refer me to anyone either, they laughed behind a desk about me and humiliated me. I recommended your company to plenty of people before as they have done shirts for my business in the past. I thought highly up until that day. As the owner of a company you should not try to turn the situation around but instead take responsibility for it. I am the owner of a local, small, family based company as well but we pride ourselves in never treating our customers the way your company did. I do not wish to speak to you seeing as you very clearly show you care only of your reputation and wish for me to take down the google review. If you had approached this in a different manner I would have considered.

Best place to get custom designed T-shirts for your company, they made amazing T-shirts for our Yoga studio. Nice friendly staff with great customer service.
