Amanda (despite fighting system issues) was able to sort out our issue, find all available pertinent deals and discounts, got our new devices setup, helped others while we were waiting for the data transfer and was informative and pleasant to talk with the entire time. Perfect retail staff member.

Not happy...was promised a set price per month for signing up with new phone. Second month in, and still being charged too much. Not good customer service. Feels like once they have you, no one cares if you are satisfied or not, and they don't feel obligated to provide the service at the price promised.

Was a rogers customer for 20 years no one explains anything to you and when you dinaly have enough and cancel they take your devices and charge you full price for devices you don't have absolute crooks

Recently my grandparents and I have visited this location. Bill was amazing! Cannot rave about him enough!

The staff are incredible! I went in with a fairly long and difficult task and was met with amazing service. Daniel and Bill were so attentive and focused on listening and problem solving. Overall, amazing interpersonal skills and efficient service.

Staff left me standing in the store while they helped people configure programs that aren't related to Rogers. That's not your job. I was here to sign up for new service. Would you like new customers or are you here to configure Outlook, call the Canadian Red Cross to configure their app, set Chrome settings, etc? These are things the end user needs to deal with not you.

Received nothing but excellent customer service from Timothy and Donny. I called in to update my service plan and was informed that it would be best if I could go into the store. Timothy was great, he listened to what I wanted to do and offered exactly what I was looking for. He also made appropriate upgrade suggestions and I never felt pressured or rushed even though it was boxing day. I left with a great offer, two new iPhone 11's and a bunch of great accessories. Thank you for the outstanding customer service, you've earned a customer for life today. See you again in a couple of years when my plan renews.Update: I had to return one of the cases as it has some sparkly liquid in it and was too thick to allow the wireless charger to work properly. Again Timothy was nothing but great. Got my wife the case she wanted with no issues at all. Thank you again!

A friend of mine and myself went into the Rogers store located in Huntsville,ON because his phone 2 days prior had just stopped working, kept saying no sim card" no matter what we did.So we went in on July 24th 2019 and Donnie was working alone and as soon as we walked in he treated us like he had known us for a life time

I walked in needing wifi for my home and walked out 25 minutes later with a wifi hub! Such a pleasant and easy experience. Very nice and helpful staff!
