Great service. Needed help with a helmet on short notice and they did it in 5 mins while I was at the store.

Great selection of new equipment from a lot of sports. Customer service is helpful and knowledgeable with sizing and fitting of sports gear. Your definite go-to-place for hockey equipment of all types of you are looking to outfit yourself for the game on the ice.

Went to buy baseball gear for my boys. The staff were very friendly and down-to-earth. When choosing the gloves, they recommended a smaller one, since when young, you play several positions and a smaller glove is easier to handle. Also they didn't try to get us buy expensive gear. They recommended something that we can start with. I am sure our boys will learn how to play and get bigger. We will come back to buy more gear from The Sports Exchange.

“Service” with a sigh. Twice. Will try going to Abbie’s on Main despite the further drive.*Update* I have since spoken to one of the owners. Been shopping here for the past 12 yrs for my son. Recapped my experience. Only customer in store, went to pay, 3 staff sitting behind the counter, silence. As though I had interrupted something. I had to ask if I could pay. One staff rang the item through, almost begrudgingly. I asked if I could return the item if it didn't fit. Was told to keep the tags on. End of experience. No thank you for coming but not a big deal. Unfortunately had to return the next day to exchange item and also needed to buy baseballs. Again was the only customer. Was met with the same chilly attitude from the same staff. I felt like I should have apologized for shopping there. I did get a 'thank you' from another staff when I finished paying this time. Turned out this was the owner who I spoke to on the phone. He seemed sincere and concerned. I suggested basic hi/thank you from staff would suffice because they sure weren't making it pleasant to support local businesses.
