Baywood Glass

The staff at Baywood is amazing. I called for advise on how to secure my busted sunroof until it could get fixed. I was told to bring in my car and they would take care of it for me. And they certainly did! Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Faster than a Canadian apology. The service is quick, professional and local. I dropped in Monday at 820am and was fixed (repaired, not neutered) by 8:40am. Every time I’ve come here (which begs the question- why does glass hate me?) they’ve got things fixed with no issues. They know what they’re doing. Also, if you remember to pull the door closed behind you over the winter months, the office manager/receptionist won’t freeze… Sorry Sandy (So Canadian, right??)

Best glass business in town for both service and price. Sandy on the front desk is extremely helpful . Yesterday I was in and out in 20 minutes for a stone chip repair. Sandy found a way to process my claim even though I forgot my insurance document. Would absolutely recommend Baywood Glass

Our car was broken into - my first car, and my first experience with crime. It was a really awful feeling, noticing my smashed window. We called around, and decided on Baywood Glass for the repair for their great reviews and because they could see us quickly and had the glass we needed. The shop was big, clean, and had ample parking. We had a really nice interaction with the owner and installers, they were friendly, kind, and sympathetic. The whole install barely took an hour, I was amazed. And they did a great job cleaning up all the broken glass from my back seat. Many thanks, Baywood! Hope to not see you again, ha ha, but if anything does happen again, we'll definitely be back.

I have used Baywood Glass several times over the last 10 years. They built a beautiful shower for us, they have replaced windows with broken seals, they put some beautiful mirrored doors into an oak bookshelf I had and when I changed around my kitchen cupboards they added some frosted glass into my cabinets. They are always professional, on time, reasonably priced and their staff is amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. I’m so happy with them.

These guys are great some of the best customer service I've ever had from any business incredibly friendly. Every time that I've used them I've had my vehicle back fast and the job is done right with very good prices. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I would highly recommend for glass to anyone need new windshield replaced or windows in their house. They were absolutely spectacular. Took my RV in for a new windshield this morning couple hours later they told me it was all done. Their expertise and the way they did the job was beyond what I expected I like to think the guys in the shop and the girls out front you guys are great thank you

The manager, Sandy, asked Kevin, their technician come out and help me and within 5 mins of arriving came to look at and repair my windshield. Very professional, fast and courteous. I highly recommend!!

Fast, efficient and friendly! Thank you for my new windshield! They took care of all the ICBC paperwork and I just had to pay my deductible. They made it all so easy!
