Outstanding customer service. Enzo was very professional and made the vehicle rental experience even better than my expectations. My original rental vehicle choice was not available, but Enzo provided another choice of vehicle that worked out even better for me and was a great choice. I'm renting another vehicle from this location this week, and will continue to be my preferred location in London.

Through my insurance claim, I rented one of Enterprise cars from the Dundas location and dealt with Sweets, who by the way was very sweet. My car was ready for me on time, I got pick up from the garage. Same when I returned my car, everything was easy, quick and without delays. Sweets made sure I left a happy customer. I would recommend this location, everyone seem to be focused in providing great customer service to their customers.

It doesn't matter who you deal with at this location, the service is consistently exceptional. Enzo was excellent with follow up 24 hours after I got my rental to ensure I was happy. Mo took excellent care at the time if vehicle hand over. I have spoken to the rest of the team on a few occasions and no matter who I get, the service is top notch.Well done team!

I would like to give a huge S/O to Enzo and Nina at Enterprise here in London at the Veterans and Dundas east location. I was in need of a rental through insurance and from the initial phone call and the moment I walked through the door I experienced kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Going above and beyond and doing everything in their reach to insure accommodation were met in such a small time frame. I have rented from enterprise twice so far. They are so phenomenal respectful and I had a very pleasant experience. The second time I rented a vehicle was a truck and I was dealing with Moe. He went above and beyond to get me the best rate plan possible any time you walk into enterprise all the employees are right there to help you as soon as you walk in, and they always have a smile on their face so that right there gives you a good feeling when she walk in. If I had to refer anybody to a car rental place enterprise on Veterans Memorial will be my go to place. I have never once experienced anything negative and that’s what I love about this location…. All the employees enterprise you guys are amazing. And I’m so happy I can deal with you guys.

This is the only enterprise location I use to rent cars, highly recommended if you like dealing with professional people. The whole team there is outgoing and very nice, and are very understanding, will be looking forward to my next rental with them.

Great location and car rental experience! I booked a last minute car rental for pick-up first thing on a Monday morning and kept forgetting to call prior to my rental date to arrange a pick-up. I called this location the morning of my rental and the staff were super friendly and offered to pick me up, no problem! I really appreciated that :) The staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to provide a premium car rental experience. The team made car pick-up a breeze and on the return date I was in a bit of a time crunch but it was no problem - Angelo noticed I was in a rush (without me even having to say a thing) and he made sure I was in and out in no time. Thank you!! I will be back to this location.

Fantastic staff put me inn the right vehicle as I ended up purchasing one a few days later. Couldn’t be happier with the cleanliness of vehicles and polite staff, even check up to make sure the vehicle was working for me.
