My experience with Total Rehab has been amazing! I tore my ACL in October and Brittany has been seeing me since. She's great with prehab and rehab! We've been able to adapt a lot of my training to be able to walk after my surgery in regards to COVID and I'm recovering extremely well! I would recommend Brittany to anyone and everyone.

Great people to work with who genuinely cares about not only your well being but also on how to improve your well being. Sherwin has been very active in accommodating for the groups and individuals I’ve sent to him regarding training. All had very positive experiences, hence I continue to do so. SHERWIN and his team are definitely people you can trust in putting together programming for you. Their massage therapy and physio are also second to none, I highly recommend them as well. This is my spot!

I have been seeing Kieran Beveridge for years. He has helped me with carpal tunnel, shoulder pain, meniscus damage, as well as many other small issues I’ve encountered while exercising and training various sports. I can always expect to see improvements under the guidance of this man. I cannot recommend Kieran enough. He listens and will always provide optimal feedback regarding small and simple exercises/stretches for you to bring home or wherever you may be during the day or at night. 5/5 all day. Don’t hesitate, book with this man!

Won is an incredible therapist. He helped me improve my low back pain and educated me on how to prevent it. He provided an excellent combination of manual therapy, mobilization, exercises and decompression. It was comprehensive treatment. I highly recommend him

Started physio treatment for a rear-end collision with Kieran in Winnipeg last week and was really happy with how easy it was to set up the appointment.Got an email and SMS notification reminding me of the appointment the day/few days before, that was a great touch for someone with a bad memory.Looking forward to the continuing treatment process with Kieran and getting some relief for my injury (which until the assessment, I had no idea how bad it was).

Kieran is the best. Super thorough and thoughtful. He won’t “farm” you for extra hours and money. Really respectful and will also put some accountability on you the client to do your homework. He also doesn’t talk to you like you don’t know anything, but yet makes it simple enough to follow. He also never once told me “you’ll never be able to do [X,Y,Z] again”. I’m really glad he was recommended to me.

Francis is the best! He is very thorough and explains everything he does in detail. He helped me with a shoulder injury. He is always positive and friendly. I would highly recommend him.
