Called for a repair on one of our machines- they couldn’t have been nicer! They sent a tech out the following morning who was familiar with our unit, and had us up and running again in no time. Really pleased with everything. Highly recommend! :)

I own Wflowers on Merivale Rd. My flower cooler broke. No cold air I didn't know who to call so I was referred by a fellow florist. I called and within an hour and a half Donald was on site figuring out the problem. A quick diagnosis was brought to me. He found the part quick and fixed the problem from outside on the roof in fridged temperature. All done in 3 hours. Awesome piece of mind. I'll be able to sleep and great price. Thank you so much.
