Ecotex Healthcare Linen Service

I had the privilege of experiencing a facility tour in Kelowna recently. Eco-Tex goes above and beyond with sustainability in mind - something more large equipment operations should consider. The staff were very gracious and the place was sparkling!

Bryan and the Ecotex Healthcare Linen Services team have been instrumental in the success of the annual Step Up 4 Cardiac Health event hosted by the Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation. Ecotex HLS has been the presenting sponsor for the past 3 years and have played a vital part in increasing not only the funds raised, but the number of participants. Thanks to their support over the years, the FVHCF has been able to raise over $38,000 towards the Cardiac Unit at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. In addition, Ecotex HLS supports many of the Foundations other events in a variety of ways and we enjoy a great working relationship with their team. Their generous contributions go a long way to support our Foundation and the communities we serve.

Ecotex is a great supporter of Canuck Place Children's Hospice, where I work. They've been capital supporters as well as sponsors every year of our major events. I love companies that make giving back to the community a part of their identity! 5 stars!

Bryan Bartsch, President of Ecotex Healthcare Linen Service, has worked to support the social service sector, specifically Bethesda. He understood the struggle we face in securing Personal Protective Equipment for our front line staff during this COVID 19 Pandemic. Normally the company does not sell products to organizations. Their typical business is to supply linens and laundry service to the health care sector but they offered to pass along reusable gowns to us at close to cost to help us during this time. He has been great to work with. Thank you Bryan!

I’m not a customer, but today I witness one of the drivers do a kind thing. He stopped at the traffic light, and assisted an elderly person with a walker crossing the street. He made sure incoming traffic did not move to rush the elderly gentleman even when the traffic lights changed a few times. Koodos to your driver for being a great person! (Just before 2pm at Victoria and 41st in Vancouver, if it helps identify who was your wonderful employee)

Thank you to Ecotex Healthcare Linen Service for all your support of the Abbotsford Hospice Society Charity Golf Tournament. your fabulously clean towels, soaked in ice water, with aromatherapy drops at the refreshment stations made for a wonderful golf experience on a hot, hot, summer day in July. 200 golfers, suppliers, volunteers and dinner guests thank you. Our tournament was rated top notch because your contribution made such a difference

Can't thank Russell at Ecotex enough for truly amazing customer service. My brother-in-law was discharged from hospital late Wednesday evening. He realized he had misplaced his iPhone the next morning. Multiple calls and visits to the hospital Thursday weren't able to locate the phone - we figured it got bundled up in the hospital sheets and washed. We were just about to write off the phone as gone forever when a Friday morning desperation call to the phone was answered by Russell! He had found the phone and knew the owner would want it back, but had no way of tracing it. So he kept it close and answered it when it rang - even though the ringer had been turned off! After quickly exchanging contact info before the phone ran out of battery, Russell then arranged a way for us to pick it up. Russell's actions saved hundreds of dollars and the significant hassle of getting a replacement, plus avoided the loss of important data. Thank you for caring Russell!!! And thank you Ecotex!

Fantastic company! Their dedication to giving back to their local community is inspirational! They have supported our local charity, Run for Water, for 10 years now! Not only do they help us empower our community to stay active, but also help us provide clean water to rural communities in Ethiopia. We are very fortunate to have such awesome partners like Eco-tex. As a supervisor in Healthcare Support, Brian Gold has been instrumental in fine tuning our needs, anything from navigating the ordering system to emergency orders. A huge shout out to Chris Bullinger and front line staff,from the lost and found department who found a patients cell phone that was lost in the bedding and sent to the plant. They found the phone within 12 hours and will have it delivered back to the patient within 48 hours. Finally a huge Thank You to the drivers especially Vince for keeping me on my toes. Very grateful!
