I left a $900 cash Deposit at the beginning of February 2019 for a dining room table to be received in April. I was told samples of wood would be emailed in March. No samples of wood were emailed as late April 22nd. Where upon I contacted Anna Smith, and was informed no table was made, that my table had been pushed back to June (which I would never have agreed to). I asked for my Deposit to be returned,as it was too late for the purpose with which I needed it, and was told by Anna Smith she will not return my $900 cash Deposit. I am still out $900, though I continue to ask for my money back for no goods and services rendered. It is May 21 2019 as I write this review. This experience has been a disappointing one. I will modify my review if Anna Smith and Andy will return my $900 Deposit. As both acts are only decent thing to do.

The owner posts tables online making it seem like you can purchase the tables they make. Once I had given my payment details for a beautiful walnut table that was advertised online I was notified that that table was actually not available but that “many” walnut slabs are available for a custom table. After 2 months of limited responsiveness and zero walnut slabs available for a table I was ready to move on and find a different table. Then the owner told me no refunds. I would be very cautious in “attempting” to buy anything.
