The have renovated this store ..seating is hard and uncontrollable..most tables needed cleaning..window sells had food on them and garbage, floor was the same way..Lack of cleaning was my main issue other then my decaffeinated coffe was Luke warm , they replaced it with a fresh hot one with apologies.

You would think ordering 2 black coffees would happen within minutes. My order was placed in sequence after 5 food orders were filled. There are other McDonald's that have better service.

We have just ordered 2 egg mc mufin and 1 egg mc muffin with bacon strips and 2 hash browns the staff had just gave us the opposite of order with their own decision of adding a ham and forgot to add a hash browns. We are so irritated

Employees doesn’t know how to behave to the customers. Too delay with taking the orders. One lady who was so rude and was telling me that its not her issue why the service is getting delayed. To the employer PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO BEHVAE TO THE CUSTOMERS. And when I asked her about this she was telling me if you can’t wait you can cancel the order. This is not the way an employee should behave to the customers. Haven’t got a bad experience like this before.

Stopped by in the middle of a snow storm to warm up. Had apple pie. Really nice atmosphere. Amazing service. The people who work here are a joy.

Later in the evening so it was not busy. I ordered a large chocolate shake and it was yummy as usual. Along with that I had a chicken sandwich and cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was what you expect from McDonald's....bland. The chicken sandwich was beyond bland, the bun was burnt around the edges and you could tell the chicken was past its throw away point. Service was good so I will give them that.

Always great service here. Can get busy at times but food always comes out good and if they make a mistake they almost always make it up to you. Great location
