This is my first time getting massage here and I’m very satisfied with the service.The massage room environment including bed was very warm. The therapist gave a nice, relaxing massage, and her hands were warm as well.I’m so happy this place is near my place in NW.

Essence Wellness Clinic - Sage Hill
I recently visited for a back and shoulder massage, and it exceeded my expectations. Jenny had good sense of anatomy and focused on specific areas of tension, including my arms, neck, jaw and face, using various techniques to release the knots in my muscles. By the end of the session, my back and shoulder tension had significantly diminished and my overall physical and mental state rejuvenated. Thank you so much Jenny, I will be back next time!

I see Jenny here and she is amazing! I definitely recommend her. The staff is great too, whenever they need to change my appointment day or time for any reason, they usually just text me which I honestly love. It's so convenient.

I have been to Essence Wellness Clinic - Sage Hill a couples of times so far and the customer service has been exceptional. From the warm welcome when you enter to the amazing therapist that are kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable - the whole experience is top notch. I had a prenatal massage with Jenny S today and I didn’t want to leave. She made me so comfortable and relaxed. She knew exactly where my knots were and worked away on them. I love her technique and can’t wait to see her again in a few weeks! I’m so happy that I found Essence Wellness Clinic.

I came here twice for a massage. Booking in for deep tissue for both, i privately left a review saying that the first massage there was no pressure but the cupping was great the second one I asked to end early because the massage therapist was using his forearm/elbows and doing the same motions over and over again I left a review privately and have not gotten a response to either of them. Although I did a naturopath consultation appointment and was hoping to continue because of this costumer service I will be taking my business elsewhere. Would not recommend

Today was my first time at Essence Wellness! Lida was my massage therapist and I have to say she made me feel so comfortable and gave me one of the best massages I have ever had! I felt so relaxed and enjoyed every minute of that massage. I am definitely going to book with her again. I came home feeling relaxed and happy and told my husband about it! I'm sure he will be booking with her! Thanks Lida :)

I recently started going to Essence wellness clinic for massage, naturopath and acupuncture. All staff I have encountered including the front desk are kind, friendly, helpful, attentive and professional. I am very comfortable there and have received great care from the practitioners. I would recommend Essence Wellness Clinic!
