Thrifty Car Rental
The worst experience of my whole life.The branch was closed at the day that I booked the vehicle. The last think you expect at the beginnig of your vacation!I had to go to another branch for pick up with whole luggages and carry on.At the end of the trip they charged an extra fee as the car was picked from another branch.Their behaviour and customer service is less than poor.If you'd like to not deal with a bunch of rude and irrational people book your vehicle from another branch or even another company!

I've booked a car a few months ahead before my trip. Two days before the trip I tried to call the branch and check my reservation. I made at least 10 calls to the branch in order to get someone pick up the phone and then the guy on the line told me that there is no car available for me at this time and will not be such. They even didn't' bother to call me in advance! Such a cheap and poor customer service. Don't bother yourself with such bad service.

Cannot say enough good things about Ravi, the manager of this Thrifty location. We were one of the 1000s delayed during the Christmas nightmare that is Pearson Airport - Ravi went above and beyond to make sure we got our rental and literally saved the day for our vacation!Thank you so much Ravi! Had a excellent experience, my order was made on a mobile weeks before my trip on Halloween weekend. Upon arriving extremely late I was met with quick, and efficient, and pleasant service, my vehicle was even upgraded at no cost.I had even left my belongings afterwards by accident and was able to retrieve these the next morning without issue.I had top notch service here,My only concern was not understanding how the deposits and returns worked, as they facilitate and invoice for multiple rental outfits here. (All went well and according to what the rep had told me).

Read reviews online and had doubts about the rental place. Arrived on Saturday morning and the experience was seamless. The employee walked with me around the car taking pictures and pointing out damage. We were in and out very quickly.

Spent an hour here to rent a car because there's only one person at the counter and the women in front needed a lesson on how to operate a vehicle. And as if an hour wait is not enough, we got a super dirty car, inside and out.

My experience was excellent. They attended to all our needs and went above and beyond. They were a bit short-staffed (1 person), but I would definitely use them again.
