I agree with a lot of the comments unfortunately. My child has attended the centre since 2020. And it was ok at the begging (the staff in his first 3 rooms were great). But I have continuously had problems with the Director. Sending me random peoples bills, sending me random amounts. And even got to the point I had to send in an email to the board and they had their accountant go over my bills for almost 3 years and found out I was over charged. They are not include of Children’s special needs. And I was told not to talk to staff at the end of the day to ask how my sons day/ week is. The latest issue with their power struggle is their snack policy. I was told we cannot bring Bearpaw cookies, as it’s against their policy, but then two days later, they fed my child, the exact same pair of hot cookies that they said we could not bring as parents. As of today, I went to go pick up my son and seen his one pack of paw patrol fruit snacks we sent yesterday were in his locker. I asked him why he did not eat them and he told me his teacher said they are not allowed to eat them. That it’s against their snack policy. I would only recommend this daycare, if you’re comfortable, not asking questions about your child’s day/week, and you are comfortable being controlled by the day care as to what your kids can eat, and when they can eat it. I am fully in a grants for having a snack policy. But I think it’s really pushing it when you can’t bring bear, paw cookies, or a pack of fruit snacks. there’s also goes for popcorn. They have no popcorn policy, which is very fair due to the choking hazard. But on two occasions, they have had movies which they have fed my child and other children popcorn in the center

The one daycare worker thinks they own cherry crescent park. Was staring us down, telling us to go around and to get out of the park as it's daycare property.We were walking through after a walk, we went around them as we are social distancing we went to the little baseball diamond while they were way over playing in a pile of rocks where dogs pee all the time. And the worker got twice as rude and hastily and rudely moved the well behaved kids to the sand box by the daycare door.The entire 20 minutes we were in the park she stared us down. And even took the kids to the one daycare window and complained about us to another worked. Completely unprofessional.

Я люблю це садочок. В мій син його любить. Він з першого дня спить,їсть,має друзів і обожнює своїх вихователів. Усіх. Він щодня з великим задоволенням іде і питає,чого я його забираю раніше,коли так виходить. Я маю щоденні звіти електронною поштою про те,як пройшов день мого сина з фотографіями.Що мені як мамі ще потрібно.

Both of my boys are here, for daycare and before&after school care. Since being there they have both grown up a lot, have been learning a lot, and always love going to daycare, enjoy their time spent with the teachers and other kids. The food program is wonderful for my son who is preschool age, he is never hungry and doesn't complain- instead he comes home telling me all about the great food he eats. I am happy to have such a wonderful place for my children to go while their dad and i work. As well as i love the transportation to and from school!! Thank You LPP Staff!!
