Congratulation for such a wonderful customer service representative like Nima. He is awesome, very knowledgeable, understanding, patient, polite, friendly.Best electronic shopping experience that I've had.I came looking for a better phone plan today and he took the time to check for prices but I was on the best one already so he reassured me of that.I bought an iPad from him today and he set it up for me and downloaded every application I wanted.I don't know what more to say other than he is the best.Ask for Nima when you go to the mobile shop.

I loved the service provided by the store manager Aksshit. He went above and beyond to help choose right phone and plan for me. Also helped transfer my data and needed accessories. Highly recommend this place. Way better than Costco

Excellent service from Lalah who was patient and knowledgeable. I had many questions and she made sure no question went unanswered. I ended up getting the maximum 100 gb of 5g data Rogers plan because my current lifestyle demands such a high limit and speed. I was in no way pressured. It was a great experience.10/10 will recommend. Special thanks to Jeremy who applied my phones screen protector very professionally.

The best place to buy a phone, period. I had an incredible experience popping into The Mobile Shop on a whim to see if they were selling the latest iPhone. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Monaz. She was very professional and efficient, and even went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. Make sure you work with her if you can, although the whole team seemed switched on. Thank you so much, I will be back when I need a new phone again!
