Awesome clinic, reliable and quick service. Had physio sessions with the beautiful Daniella, who took the time to make you understand the reason behind each exercices and what they are good for. Also followed up every week and modified the sessions accordingly. I highly recommend this spot.

I want to take the time to highlight the overall excellence of the team at Physio Universelle Longueuil. From the moment you enter the clinic, you are greeted with a smile. Marie-Therese at reception is not only a wealth of information but she also makes sure that each client is served professionally and courteously. She goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Nadia at reception adds a ray of sunshine to our day with her friendly and professional demeanour and her kind encouraging words. Moving on to the team in physio, I was blessed to be assigned to Manon, who has not only such a high level of expertise and many years of experience but she also is so effective and passionate about helping each client progress and find relief. She is so dedicated and caring and her excellence is second to none. She also has a delightful rapport with each client and a great sense of humour which I enjoy so much. She is one in a million. I also had the opportunity to work with Zen who is incredibly competent and he also has an excellent way of explaining everything simply and clearly. I had a session with Christelle as well and she was also amazing and so knowledgeable. I was also blessed to have a session with Marco who is not only amazing in physio but he also has so much compassion. Finally I had a session with Sam who embodies competency and compassion and he makes each client feel valued and cared for. I have not yet had the opportunity to work directly with the other members of the team but I observe them in action and if one thing stands out about the entire team at Physio Universelle is their teamwork and the high standards of care and their constant pursuit to reach new heights of excellence. I had a very complex case of vertigo (anterior canal), and the physiotherapist who specializes in vertigo, Jacqueline Nguyen, was extremely professional and attentive. I highly recommend seeking treatment for vertigo with Physiotherapie Universelle Longueuil!
