Fine Threads was recommended to me from a friend. My dress was too big for me and I was on a serious time crunch. I was in a panic and Ranka reassured me that the dress will be okay. I called her close to the date I had to pickup my dress asking if she could put a bra in and she said no problem. I was so happy with the outcome of my dress. The fit was much better than I could have imagined. Not only did she do an amazing job she was so kind. Thank you!

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Took a couple of white curtains over so they can be shortened and was charged $20 per panel. The curtains are very simple so this is not cheap. When I picked them up and took them back home I found they left length markings on them that wasn't easy to remove.I took them back so they can clean them. When I came back for them, they said they shortened the length of the curtains where there were markings to hide the markings instead of actually cleaning them!! The curtains are no longer even in length!! They are ruined and I need to buy new ones now.NEVER COMING BACK.

I got a shirt dry cleaned from them back in November after it got stained at a wedding. I took the tag off, kept the receipt and didn’t wear the shirt again until I had an interview in January. I saw that there was a stain on the french cuff that was still there from November. I returned after my interview and the woman was very rude, saying that she knew the stain was new and refusing to clean it again without charge. I would have been able to pay again if she was polite but her rudeness made me just go to another dry cleaner's. I told her I wore it Wednesday but she seemed convinced the stain must be new too. Never going back.

I’ve taken a few pieces to this business in the past, and I always knew there was a reason I came back. Ranka is the most accommodating and professional person I’ve dealt with in a long time.
