This is very good place, the staffs are very friendly and are very helpful.Enough parking, very clean store.If you can afford organic foods and ingredients, or medical supplies, then you should go to this place. Good location and close to other essential businesses.

Amazing quality food, fresh, inspiring, varied....and the customer service is outstanding. The cashiers always make you feel like a valued customer. A shout out to Diane, who was working this evening, she went out of her way to help me out without making me feel bad. I am a loyal customer and I will always go to Avril! Health is wealth :)

First of all I am a regular customer, I arrived at store around 9 am. Everyone was really friendly until I went to pay. I was in the line and I noticed another register opened and I approached the newly open register. The cashier attending did not see me and left the register so, I decided to wait. The other cashier was very loud with another customer. Then, she saw me and asked me in French what was I doing there?!" I indicated to her that I was waiting for the other cashier

Nice store for organic food and supplements. Also a nice place to have lunch. A little pricey but they have a fidelity card (it does not give points quickly, but it is better than mothing). When they have specials it is worth buying. Not as big as the Avril in Laval, so they have less selection in their frozen section. Still a good store for natural products.

Healthy sourdough breads, large variety of herbal teas, high quality produce and products (although expensive), and supplements. I go often to this store because some items I need to eat are not available in other groceries.

I always get bad service here. The women at the supplements counter seem annoyed to be asked questions. Always a cold, quick service. Today was my final straw, when the cashier didn’t even acknowledge me and say hello, but started talking to the client behind me as they knew each other. I’ve worked as a cashier for many years and learned to always greet the customer, and concentrate on the client even if it’s just passing them at cash. I felt invisible as she was scanning my items and talking to the client behind me loudly. I came in ready to smile and speak to someone for the few minutes of break from work at home, but didn’t get that. Guess they don’t care about the basis of customer service.

This is by far my favorite grocery store, its almost all organic and they have plenty of vegan choices and healthy stuff. The staff are so nice and they give you time to answer all your questions and help you find what you are looking for. There is also a desk to taste new products everyday, its a good way to discover new tastes before you buy. Other than that, the place is really clean and well organised, you will love the experience, and in the cashier they offer free boxes if you need to transporte you grocery.
